Alarm system stopped working (screen…
Alarm system stopped working (screen completely shut off even though outlet plugged into was working) and called Alert 360 help line, which said they would send a tech out at a specific date and time after 2 weeks. Tech never showed up, so we called Alert 360 again, who stated they would send another tech and confirmed another date and time after another 2 weeks. Second time, tech still did not show up. Called Alert 360 again who apologized for the confusion and then was insistent on purchasing a renewal with installment of a new system for a contract of 3 years; not what we asked for, we simply wanted our system checked by a tech first to see what the issue was. Frustating.. We were still paying for the service even though the alarm system screen was off/ not working. Recently canceled due to unsatisfactory service, spoke directly with customer service on the line. Alert 360 sent a confirmation email which we responded immediately with the appropriate requested information to disconnect the service which was previously paid month to month, after the contract expired we did not want to renew it. 2 months later after cancelation and still getting charged? Had to report unauthorized charges to bank. Stay away from this company. Horrible service.

Customer service is phenomenal! I call when something isn't working, and I not only can get help over the phone, but they sent a tech out right away. Techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and fix the problem quickly so it doesn't take up my whole day. Can't say enough good things about them!

Alert 360 is an AWESOME home security company. I switched to them after paying the extremely high prices of ADT. Technician Jerry visited my home to upgrade my alarm system to new 5G technology compatibility. He was thorough, polite, and professional. He respected my home, followed CDC guidelines for pandemic safety, and was very efficient. He used existing ports, cords, and wiring corridors to avoid drilling additional holes in my walls. Jerry was respectful to me as well. Since switching from ADT and Devron alarm services, I have not regretted choosing Alert 360. I also added a few more options to make my family feel a bit more secure and my bill still remains under $30/month. I'm proud to be an Alert 360 customer. You should give them a call too. They are local and reliable.

I had 7 cameras installed and an alarm system… he was super friendly and answered all of my questions. He showed me both apps and how they worked and how to add my husband and kid to the apps as well! 110% recommend!

Technician called an offered to come 1…
Technician called and offered to come 1 hour earlier than timeframe expected. He showed up changed out 2 cameras, was very informative and helpful. He was here less than an hour and I was able to have a free afternoon. Excellent service!
