Great once again
This is my second purchase from Alfresia in recent months and once again I'm very pleased with my item - an outdoor storage box.
Delivery was prompt and the packaging was in great condition.
The quality of the products is definitely better than the usual garden furniture retailers, so I'll always look here first.

Ordered three swing seat cushions
Ordered three swing seat cushions. Dispatched in 3 parcels. Delivery man had 2 and said they have the 3rd and would bring it the next day. It didn’t arrive. Still showed as pending. Advised Alfresia of the problem. They followed up with the delivery company, kept me informed and when the delivery company couldn’t locate it, Alfresia sent me another one. Very helpful and the cushions are fab. Look great and good value for money.

Cushions arrived when informed and to…
Cushions arrived when informed and to the neighbour, I had redirected them to. I had to then query the frame, as no mention was made on the correspondence. I was answered promptly, but why did I need to ask the question? No e-mails alerting me to a delivery of the frame, which was delivered to a different address, in my road. Not my address, or the neighbour, who had kindly taken delivery of the cushions.
