I have never been so frustrated with a…

I have never been so frustrated with a company making an online purchase. They were dishonest with me about delivery dates, didn't respond to my emails on a timely basis, made promises they couldn't keep and didn't really care. They charged my credit card when I placed my order, not when the product was shipped which was about 8 weeks later. I was also really disappointed in the quality of the product as well. I would never buy anything again from this company.

I would not even give a 1 star

I would not even give a 1 star. I ordered the soles in August, I rec an email on 10 Sept that they have been shipped out. I checked on 1 Oct and they said they have not shipped out and my order will be processed. I just rec another email on 14 Dec to say they have overlooked and did not process the order. I just sent a email on 17 Dec to ask if I can get them to shipped by the month and there is no response.

Pleased with service

Before placing orders I always look on Trustpilot so a little apprehensive when purchasing from Alice Bow. I did some further research on the company and understood due to high demand this was probably the reason for some of their reviews.

I ordered my insoles and received them in a week which to be fair, I was not expecting.

I am happy with my purchase and will definitely use again.

Worth It!

I ordered two pairs of those beautiful insoles, and from the reviews I expected an interminable wait, but lo and behold, in a matter of weeks (and I'm across the pond) I can happily believe in more comfortable feet for the summer. I'm ordering another set!

They may have had some growing pains in terms of order fulfillment in the past, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say they've fixed all of that. Now all my shoes are fair game :-)

I have placed an order with them
Sept 2017 and still have not received my order. I have reached out 4 times and still nothing. They respond to emails but never follow through with shipping. Buyer beware!!!!

Good service, but not perfect

There was a delay with my order which seemed to be because the company overlooked it. However they did reply to my emails and said that the item would be sent out in the next few days. After reading the previous reviews, I did think that nothing would happen however a couple of days later the delivery had arrived and everything was perfect. I have given 4 stars due to the delay (approx 2 weeks later than they predicted) but cannot fault them for fixing the situation as soon as they could.

I don't even know why there is an option to give them a 1-star rating. It looks like I'm not the only one who's had a horrific experience with this company. Excuses on top of excuses I received from them and to date i still haven't received my products!

Do NOT ever order from Alice Bow!!!

I placed an order back in September 2017 and they're still working on it in March 2018. The shipment was supposed to have been sent out in November 2017, but I never received it. Upon follow up, I was told that they had some internal issues and no tracking information was kept. They offered to resend the order, but I am still waiting for the replacement despite numerous follow-ups and they won't just give me a refund. I don't know how good their product it...but it is definitely not worth this hassle. Extremely unhappy!

Worst order ever

My name is Maria Ban, I have placed an order on September 26 2017 , I have not received it , order number US3952 , I have contacted you numerous times , you said you will send a replacement , I have still not received the replacements, I don’t have a tracking number , I haven’t got an answer, no refund and no order !!!!! I really want my order !!!! Please contact me back !!!!!
This is the worst customer service ever , purposely ignore customers , I am not the type of customer that complains ever , but I’ve waited since September 2017 , now it’s March 2018 , that’s 6 months , I’m pretty sure I’ve been patient enough, I have nicely and politely contacted you , after a month I get a response ,contact you again no response whatsoever , beside the fact that is really just not good business ethics to purposely ignore your customers , it’s just plain rude , it shows no respect and decency from however is the person who manages customer service

Inadequate communication

I wish I had found all these bad reviews before ordering from Alice Bow. I am having the same experience as the other reviewers. I ordered online on Feb 27, the funds were taken from my bank account the next day and I haven't heard anything from them. I've sent 2 emails with no response and called and left a message without hearing back. I haven't waited nearly as long as others, but if your website claims to send out orders in a couple days customers shouldn't be going more than 2 weeks without an update of some kind. This is a completely unprofessional operation. If you don't care enough about customers to communicate with them, don't bother having a business.
UPDATE - I did end up getting a response and my order was shipped within a week after their email.

Wanted to give an opposing view.

I saw a really bad review for this company when looking up something else and I felt that I wanted to show an opposing view after all the other reviews were so bad. I have used this company a number of times and absolutely love the insoles. They make it so much nicer to walk in my ballet pumps and you don't feel all the stones under your feet as I do when wearing the shoes without the insoles. They are also really good in heels and make the shoes more comfortable. I last bought with this company on 23.11.17 and it did take a bit longer than usual but I thought that was because I bought when there was a code for money off. I actually normally buy when they have a code for money off and never have any problems with items being delivered. I just wanted people to realise that not everyone has the same experience with this company as the other reviewers, it is just the people with good reviews possibly haven't reviewed it.

They did deliver. After a while.

In the spirit of fairness I would like to say I received my order today. But I will not change my previous review as below because of the stress it caused me while waiting for this package.

I paid for my order on 19 Feb 2018. I was advised that they will send my order in a day or two. Nothing happened. Then I emailed again. I was given the same answer. Then I emailed again. Did not receive a response. I then wrote a comment on their Instagram post. I was sent a DM. When I replied I did not get a response. Had I read this review before I would never have made may order. I tried cancelling my transaction through my credit card provider but I was advised it has to be done through the merchant. They should not be allowed to advertise their products. I will also explore avenues to send my complaints through proper government channels so Alice Bow's operation can be stopped.

Not trustworthy anymore

I don't know what happened. I placed an order more than a year ago, and everything went fine and I was very happy with their product. Then, I placed another order last December, but nothing arrived. After a bunch of emails, they apologised and offered me discount and complimentary insoles, but then they just vanished. Thank god I used Paypal to pay the order, so after a while I managed to get my money back. I'm sorry for them, but they're not trustworthy anymore.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I placed an order in early December and still have not received it. After many emails telling me they would be shipped again, nothing has arrived. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with this company and it’s customer service

Do not order ever

I am also waiting for my order, Received one answer saying my order was coming and now they have deleted my account. Have since sent more requests for a refund or my order to be filled but no response. Given the number of complaints, I think some sort of action should be taken against this company. I am travelling to London soon and plan to turn up at their office to get my money back. Also I am going to look into the equivalent of th Australian ACCC in the UK and see if they can be dealt with there for basically stealing from people. Also will get as much social media out there about this problem so they stop getting orders.

Horrid customer service. Don’t know about the product because I’ve never received it.

Same problem as everyone else reported.
I placed a $99 order in September, no reply to several very courteous status inquiries. Finally, in January, the credit card company credited my account in full because it could be verified that the order had never been filled. Never a peep from Alice Bow.
I thought perhaps something had just gone amiss with this particular order, so I tried again and placed another order over a month ago.
Once again, no affirmative communication but only in response to a status inquiry, I received an email (!) with tracking information. That was a week ago. However, there is nothing in Royal Mail or USPS with that tracking number.
Does this company actually produce anything? They certainly don’t ship anything. If they respond at all, it’s not with any creditable information.
To Alice Bow, please don’t post the stock non-answer you’ve already posted several times to similar complaints. It doesn’t answer and only proves the veracity of the complaints and makes you look even worse.

So I read this new story about how Kate Middleton...

So I read this new story about how Kate Middleton can stand on her feet for hours using these insoles. I wonder how the Duchess managed to get them shipped because this company promises that they will deliver but it never happens! Horrid customer service, lack of follow thru and just a scam to get your money. I finally added a comment on Instagram about how horrible their service is and magically they replied. You know the drill... we’ll ship, issue with tracking number, etc... I am betting I never hear back from them again or receive my product. I will persist and use every single social media avenue to let people know that they are a company NOT to buy from
