Really impressed with the service from AllClear Travel Insurance. This is the first time we’ve used the company and it was really easy. Spoke to Ed in the Cardiff office and he made the whole process very straight forward. The price is never as low as you hoped but we were given several options of how to save money if we wanted to.

I filled in the information on line. It was easy to do (my health is not) to no more than 30 minutes from start to finish which included the payment.

I've been using this company for a few years and thankfully have had no claims but have to use a company like this for medical issues. They are very professional and the advisor Gemma Costello today sorted out my yearly travel insurance very well.

The agents that dealt with my application were lovely. Charming, knowledgeable, attentive and respectful.
The reason for only two stars purely to the circa £900 in excess of the circa £700 already accepted to marginally alter my policy. I would respectfully ask that I am not presented with a long explanation because I’m sure somewhere you are in a position to do this.
Of course I expected a fee but this came as a shock.

Simple painless quote engine and so easy to choose the right cover that is best suited to you. I liked the openess and transparency of the cover details too. I also felt as someome who has some medical conditions to declare that it wasn't overly complicated to do that and was not left feeling victimised like some companies do. All in all a great experience and to top it off very competive premiums. I have just taken out this holiday insurance cover and hope not to have to use it at all but I have a feeling that I will bve treated fairly and quickly.
