As of now the shoes are almost a week late and the tracking information is old and has not been updated. I guess once the shoes leave their organization they feel they are no longer responsible once they have gotten your money. Being a government employee I have access to the federal trade commission as well as the securities exchange commission so if I don’t receive any updated information or the merchandise I will file a complaint to initiate an investigation into the legitimacy of this store an any issue that may appear fraudulent.

I put my wrong email and Becky was very nice and quick with my email response and overal was great service

STOCK ERROR???
Order paid and confirmed, after 2 days deleted by stock error ??? There are 2 options: your warehouse system is bugged, or my pair has been given to friends .. In any case your service is not very serious.

I purchased the limited edition Adidas Son Gohan shoes from them. 4 days after I received a confirmation, they sent an email saying they had to cancel my order due to a "stock error". By then, the limited edition shoes were sold out everywhere else. Really screwed me.

As an international buyer, I asked for Country of origin(FTA) and was rejected. There are no sellers like this these days.

All is well. One minus - they sent the order for a long time after payment (almost a week) and sent a tracking number only after my reminder. Otherwise, I am satisfied - the quality of the product is very good, I got what I wanted at a good price. Thank you, Allike and special thanks to Becky.

My order arrived on time, in mint condition. Before arrival of the package, I had a few concerns and addressed customer service who replied in a timely manner. Definitely recommend and will order more products from Allike.

I ordered and paid shoes for 150€ at September 5th. They sent me an confirmation email. In the email they said that they will send me an another email in 48 hours where they would confirm shipping. None email arrived. I wrote their support in September 7th but they did not respond too. Shipping time is 2-6 days. If my order does not arrive in September 11th I am going to contact my bank account
company and ask them for a refund. This is unacceptable.

EDIT: The order has arrived on time, I was afraid that it will not but it did. All they did not do was send me the shipping confirmation email.

Horrible experience with the online store. I ordered shoes in the beginning of July and they were sent to the wrong address by a mistake from Allike. After almost a month the shoes were sent back and finally arrived back at Allike. They then asked me to pay a 12 euro fee for the shipment not being delivered which was their fault...

Will not use them again for online orders.

After mailing customer service 3 times, I have not yet received confirmation as to when the shipment will be arranged, nor a delay in dispatching the package. I have also requested that if it is not dispatched this week, I want to cancel my order as it will not be here on time for Christmas. I wish I read all of the reviews before ordering as I would not have placed the order with this website. I would kindly ask for the company to please respond to my mails within 24 hours, failing that I will highlight this issue further on social media websites.

Ordered my shoes on Nov 25, waited for 2 weeks, not a single announcement on their delayed shipment til today.

And the package is still not yet handed over to DHL!

Allikestore is very disappointing. Ordered since 6 days ago and no information about shipping yet. I have contacted the customer service numerous times via email (customers(AT)allikestore.com / info(AT)allikestore.com ) and even twitter but to no avail. As a first time customers, it's no surprise that I am worried about my order and whether they will even ever be shipped. The absence of any customer service just makes it worse. This may be my last straw to try and get to their customer service, and if it doesn't work, I am afraid this is going to be my last ever purchase on the site.

I placed my order on 25 nov 2017.

I sent 3 emails to the customer service to ask for the shipping information but there is no reply at all.

It's been a week since I made my orders (4 orders total). After a few days of no updates on my order, I contacted them. Couple days later, no response. I wish someone in their customer service can actually do their job. It does not take that long to reply back regardless of how busy they are. It's getting to the point where I'm worried if I got scammed or what.

After having an order issue I reached out to Allike Store and received a response in less than 24 hours. They expressed their concern and were more than willing to make the situation right. I returned the item and they immediately refunded me for the purchase as well as the shipping.
Excellent customer service and professionalism

Good experience, order a pair for my gf according to the sizing on the website (asics gl3) and they run large (no mention if sizing chart was unisex or men).
Got a newbie discount of 15%, appreciate that :)

Been 9 days since placed order. Contacted for shipping status and no responses provided after initial contact. Customer service not up to par. Wish someone would tell me what’s going on with my order.
