Pay shipping costs for express but they send with standard shipment
Pay for DHL Express, order got sent with DHL standard, complain bout it to them but no respon until one month later..and the best part is this is not the first time they do this..despite the refund for the shipping costs that they sent, still its so unprofessionally what they did..if someone pays you for express shipping than you should send them with express, what’s the point of having shipping option?!!

I am sorry about that mistake. This is traceable to a mistake in our system which has been resolved in the meantime. You are completely right that orders that are ordered with Express Shipping should be shipped out that way. We have refunded the shipping costs as requested. Again, my apologies.

Unfortunately had to cancel an order I placed so I emailed them and within an hour I had an email to say I'd received a full refund without any messing around and I checked my PayPal and there it was already. Excellent prompt customer service.

I ordered my shoes sunday night, and had the shoes at wednesday. I've almost never got a product so fast, even though i ordered from Denmark, and it was sent from Germany. Nothing to complain about, therefore 5 stars.
