I placed an order on July 19th, and almost 2 months later I still haven't received anything, ultimately leading me to cancel the order!
In all this time I didn't hear anything from them, and it was only because I addressed them myself I found out there was an issue with my order!

I have been very happy with this company- no complaints. I just make sure I check out ingredients in any product I consider, as with every other supplement company. But so far it’s one of the few companies I have had no problems with wrong items sent, or delivery, or outright deception!

An honest company
I ordered from Allstarhealth for the first time this past spring, in March (order 1573324040). Unfortunately, the pandemic has influenced postal services across the globe, as we all know. Customer service in April and May was responsive to all requests about tracking the package through DHL, but it never made it to my mailbox on the other side of the pond. The total was under $12; I knew the pandemic was causing bigger problems than this, and I just let it go.
This week (late August) I received an email: "Your order was returned to us by DHL. A refund has been applied to your credit card. We apologize that this order did not make it to you."
Just like that, on their own. Why do I call it "honest" when it's actually just normal? Because I placed a different order around the same time with Biovea; that experience has been the opposite (no answers from customer service, package delayed and returned to sender as well, but no word about refunding). Who do you think has secured my customer loyalty?... Well done, Allstarhealth.

AllStar is my on line go to place for my vitamins. Great price and service. Just wish that they would not combine shipping with the US Post office. Placed my order on the morning of Aug 21st and it shipped that day thru UPS. Made it overnight 15 miles from my address. Took the post office 4 days to get it the last 15 miles. It still arrived within AllStar's 5 day delivery promise...just annoyed w/the incompetence of the postal service.
Allstar is still 5 star!

Allstarhealth prices are deceptive
I ordered from Allstarhealth because I thought it was cheaper than iherb and luckyvitamins but didn't realize until my credit card was charged that there's a bug on their website which doesn't display currency properly. It showed the CAD currency symbol when looking at supplements despite saying USD in the top right corner, but at some point it was converting back and forth from USD to CAD without me realizing it which made me think I was getting a great deal when the truth is that after delivery it's basically the same price as iherb

Make sure you do your homework
Make sure you do your homework, check sizes and product before buying. I admit it was my fault I looked at the package assuming it was the same size and it was much smaller for the same product at a much higher price. Misleading but again my fault. I won't be buying from them again.

I was initially skeptical...
I was initially skeptical because I had never heard of them. However after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try, and was not disappointed! Item was shipped the next day and received it within days.
The only criticism I have is in follow up emails. The first time I made the purchase my card declined but I had no clue for 3 days. Only then I received an email stating that my card had declined. Also the email started with "thank you for your purchase" which seemed a normal confirmation email. I would normally skip reading the whole email, but I luckily saw the "however" in the paragraph and then read that the order didn't go through. I then called and was surprised that I was able to talk to a human promptly even with the covid19 going on right now.
So if you aren't sure, rest assured this company is solid and you should buy from them. They would get a 5 star if the email notifications were prompt and more clear.
Will do business again.

Great selection of supplements
Great selection of supplements that are very hard to get here in the UK at a great price and arrived quick without any faults. Dont know why so many negative reviews from the UK.
If you are ordering in the UK you must expect some vat charges if you buy a big order. You can use google to get a Import duty calculator so you know what to expect.
Only bought a small order so i didnt get charged with any import VAT

3/22/2020 I placed and payed an order. I never received this order. Even didn't receive any message from All Star Health.
4/27/2020 I reclaimed.
4/28/2020 All Star answered: "Your order was marked as undeliverable and refused by customs. The package will be returned to us and we will issue a refund for the products after they have been received by our warehouse. Email confirmation will be provided at that time. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and contact us if you require further assistance".
5/6/2020 I reclaimed again.
5/6/2020 "Thank you for your email. Unfortunately this order has not yet been received back by our warehouse. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will notify you via email as soon as the package has been returned and the refund processed. Please let us know if you have any further questions in the meantime."

Unaccomodating customer service
I've been buying Carlson fish oil from Allstarhealth for 10+ years. I just was ordering another 3 bottles and my order was .03 short of the $99 for free shipping. I asked if I could pay an additional .03 or if you could waive the charge on my order. I was told the same story from two different CS reps that I must buy an additional $5 worth of something I don't need.

The only way we can offer our free standard shipping is by making it an automated system that doesn't require manual processing, so the free shipping is added automatically once you hit the threshold. We understand it's frustrating when it's only a few cents but unfortunately we have to have a cutoff amount, and we chose $99.00. We carry over 25,000 products and have many that are a dollar or less (like shaker cups, bar soaps, etc), so we hope you can find something you like to meet the free ship minimum. If you need any assistance with locating one of these items, please feel free to contact us.

My experience with this company was wonderful. I found one supplement that was ran out in my favorite websites, do I decided google it and was when I found all star health.com, never heard about it before, I decided to do the shop and I received my item very fast, even in this shipping chaos with covid, the product was in perfect condition and the expire date was for The middle of next year.
