Steer clear I ordered items from UK. Never received them & took ages to process my refund after several emails.

This is my favorite site to order supps from! They have the best prices, nearly overnight flatrate shipping, and they have items that get doscounted due to expiry date which are still great high quality products. Just got my package with 3 samples of the new Mr Hyde Icon preworkout!!!

I've dealt with All Star Health on 2 occasions and based on customer service, availability of products and shipping, I'm sold. They've satisfied all my needs when It comes to attaining my Vitamin and Nutritional needs. I will continue to do business with them for a long time. I got finally my item and I'm thankful that it wasn't wrong bottle or a short date.If you choose DHL mail like i did to Sweden or Europe be prepared that it can take a long time.Allstar health say 2-4 weeks but mine took seven weeks to arrive.Maybe it is the fault of DHL or maybe that is the service that All-star health has bought?it did come to Sweden rather quickly but it took over six weeks for DHL to deliver it.
I haven't had that problem with IHERB so All-star health is a good company but what is hurting them is delivery times not being honoured.

Most trusted and helpful site I've been on.. I've been ordering products from Allstarhealth for many years. Never had/have any issues..Very informative and knowledgable sales reps... Thanks for your great service

AllStarHealth has been outstanding in how fast they get orders turned around and into the mail once you order. This is a small thing that I take really serious. So many companies just sit on your order for days after you order and that is ridiculous in today's Amazon world.

I live in the UK and have been ordering for years. Never had the slightest problem, unlikely other US companies where orders went missing and never got a refund.All my orders arrived within 10 days - that is the cheapest post option. Highly recommended!!

As a consumer I try to be loyal and patient. We seldom deal with truly small enterprises. In my experience large companies are difficult or impossible to contact. If you read the Allstarhealth reviews you may notice that they appear to read the reviews. Responses are even as opposed to being overly sugary or all similar sounding. For myself it indicates 1st, they hope to communicate, 2nd they understand listening and caring can increase customer satisfaction. I stay with a company as long as possible. Unlike other companies Allstarhealth improves over time.
You can not do everything well but you can first do what you do, well. While pricing is generally low, I am not buying price. Allstar, in my experience, has added to my health. They seem to spend more time improving than hounding me for business. What they do, is make themselves useful.

Stay away from themm!! They are swindlers!! I made the purchase in the UK.

I have already paid them £78 which got confirmed by my bank; however, they still don't send me my supplements.
Moreover, they either don't reply to the e-mails I have sent, or send the same automatic e-mail, it is so frustrating.

It has been almost 3 weeks. I am on my holiday now, and it seems i will waste so much time even If I ever manage to get my money back from those scammers.

I recommend not doing any purchase from these people!!

Personal approach and lowest prices - the best!

What I wanted is not broadly available in Europe and, after careful research I decided to buy from AllStarHealth.
Quick points:
1. Make sure you are aware and understand that most probably you will have to pay import tax (which 100% is not included in the total cost charged by AllStarHealth).
2. Even if spicy, the delivery is lighting fast (at least in my case).
3. If you have doubts then don't. Place your order with confidence.

The longer version.
Is not my first time buying from around the world but my first when I get confused about import taxes. When I placed the order I didn't see or I don't remember seeing a clear, visible and accessible message letting me know that tax is an additional cost that I will have to pay directly to DHL. I know, is common sense, but me, based on my past experiences, I was convinced that all import taxes are part of the high shipping cost. Customer support was patient and kind to explaining what happen. Thank you.

Now, let's get to a conclusion.
Shipping from US to UK is spicy. And now I know why. The package was delivered in 2 days. This is the fastest package coming from the states. Since my confusion believing that the high shipping cost includes import tax.
The items I ordered are unique compared to everything similar that I ever bought from Europe. Very happy with my purchase.
My overall experience? As an international buyer, I'm happy and I will advise anyone to buy from this seller. I will also buy again from them next time I will need something. Leaving aside the confusion around the import tax, I felt good during my interaction with customer support and the handling process was both fast and informative. I cannot think at something more to ask. Happy days.

Side note; being from the UK and with the total amount at checkout being 140£ (shipping costs included) I paid 31£ import tax as of August 2019 (DHL handling fees included). I think the DHL handling fee is 11£ while Royal Mail has a handling fee (minimum) of 8£.

I received some product that was spoiled in the sealed container. I contracted customer service and within 12 hours they had contacted me, apologized (even though it wasn't their fault), and processed a refund for the products. Fantastic customer service. Really on the ball service and customer driven.
