the XL size in Peru must be a lot different than in the USA. did not fit at all, Beware of sizing as this company does not have a clue. Buy the serapes and scarfs, you know one size fits all, but while the clothing is nice, does not matter if it does not fit.

I bought my husband a zipped jacket way…
I bought my husband a zipped jacket way back end last year, 2020. When it arrived it was far too small, and I’d bought the large. Arranged to send it back, apparently South America, postage was far more that it was worth to return, very very disappointed. Didn’t get much help when I emailed them re the the sizing either. So he’s got a jacket hanging in wardrobe, it’s very nice, that he can’t wear. Don’t think I’d advise buying, or if you did, and the fitting not good, wouldn’t be viable to return.

Would advise caution!!
In the first instance, they sent me the wrong item. When I contacted them to arrange item return, the customer service simply chose not to respond. Since they don’t offer free returns, often the cost of sending back the item to South America may be as much as the cost of the item itself (even higher) anyway. I bought one of the ‘premium’ item and it didn’t at all look and feel the same as marketed online. All in all a bad experience. Would advise caution.

Edit 21/04: received a response from customer services providing me with the DHL tracking number; my order seems to be delayed somewhere since the 14th. Guess I'll just have to wait and see if it ever arrives.
Although, judging from the DHL records, it appears that the actual dispatch date and when I was notified of the dispatch differ (actual date much later than when I was notified). Seems a bit odd to me, but make what you will of that.
I ordered a poncho on the 28th of March and received an email the next day stating that it had been dispatched, but I've still not received my item yet.
I sent an email to cs*alpacamall.com (asterisks replacing @ due to Trustpilot's guidelines) on the 10th of April inquiring about shipping status, but haven't heard anything back from them. I sent another inquiry via AlpacaMall's site today asking the same question, but am not hopeful of a reply after looking at other reviews on Trustpilot. As they seem to be replying to people here, I thought I may as well make my query known here too.
AlpacaMall customer service, if you are reading this, my order number is 546198. I hope you can take a look at my order issue whenever possible.
