Bpost damaged the package and managed…
Bpost damaged the package and managed to lose a cable included in my parcel which was easily sourced at a hardware store… either way alternate wasn’t to blame in this incident but they should be more careful who they pick as their courier…

Everything was good
Everything was good, fast shipping. They couldn't combine multiple invoices into one single (the shipping was made on the same day same time). Everything else was very good except this issue.

Kind and Quick
They were very kind and quick. The product was well packaged and not damaged, which was a big fear as it is a big yet fragile computer case. Only problem was they underestimated the size of the computer case which resulted in the shipping company passing the package off to another company, delaying the arrival to me. I paid for a specific day of arrival, but they refunded the cost of the shipping back to me.
While unfortunate, it was still a very good experience and I will consider them again when making other purchases for computer parts.

Selling of damaged or used products, bad customer service.
I've bought an AOC G LINE monitor online as a gift, after a few days i opened the monitor's package only to discover that the screen was damaged. When i went to the showroom in Aartselaar to get a repair or refund I got sent of with a "we got nothing to do with it" message.
I don't recommend buying at this store because it wasn't a good experience at all. Now I have bought a monitor at mediamarkt and buying my other parts online without any noticeable issues nice and easy.

I took a moment to review everything for you and was informed that the monitor was purchased in December 2021.
We experienced today that there was a crack in the screen, with obvious damage on the edge of the monitor.
Unfortunately, since this is physical damage to your product, there is nothing we can do for you. Physical damage is not covered by the warranty. Should this occur from transportation and be reported to us within the stipulated period of time, we can help you further. Unfortunately, almost a year and a half later, this is no longer reportable as transport damage.
I hope to have informed you better, if there are any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

After 15 working days my pc still not delivered because the technicians keep on doing tests with 7000mhz ram when the 6000mhz ram is already stable. They did not respect the delivery time of the order.

While testing your computer it was found that despite the manufacturer supported ram memory was not found to be stable. In addition, we tried the non-working ram memory at a lower speed, however, it would have been more ideal to get another ram memory that works at its highest speed.
We have kept you informed about this and are sorry that despite all our efforts you are not satisfied. We always try to deliver systems in perfect working order. It would not have been right to deliver an unstable system.
