Good website, pc builder and customer support/advice
Good website and pc builder. When I came to pick up my parts I asked the employee to check over if I didn’t miss anything. He immediately identified that I didn’t pick xmp ram which helped out a lot. When I didn’t get my rig running I went back for advice and they got it up and running in no time. Thanks a lot guys!

Overall alternate did a great job
Overall alternate did a great job with my product. After I ordered it I was given an estimate of ten working days which was respected. My pc was sent very well packaged and delivered to the point collection of my choosing at which point I got sent an email with the details. The only criticism I can think of would be the instructions for the initial setup and the maintenance. While there was a flyer, it was only in French and Dutch, if I recall correctly and the information itself overwhelmed me. In comparison what I actually needed to do was very easy. Not too big of a deal as this something easy to Google but felt was worth mentioning nonetheless. All in all, alternate did a fantastic job with my build and the delivery and I would recommend their services! Cheers
