Great Customer Service
I have had a couple of tiny issues with Amazon, but they always did resolve the issues and I was happy with the out come. Overall, there service was perfect. They have mastered shipping, streaming, and grocery They even have 2 hour delivery and it works. I have been a customer for almost 31/2 years. Being disabled, a student, and caregiver they help quite a lot. I do almost everything online so Amazon makes sense for my family.

So far the best experiences with amazon japan. instead of ordering expensive cd and dvd imports in the west, go directly to amazon in japan, save some money and receive safe and speedy delivery. in japan they know how to give service. will be coming back for more
