We repair over 30,000 Apple devices a year so you’ll be hard pushed to find any independent company in the UK with more Apple repair experience than us. I am very satisfied with the service…
I am very satisfied with the service provided by Amsys. The team was very kind and helpful, they reply my emails very fast and, more important, they solved my Macbook problem within a few days. They also called me 2 days after collection to check if everything is fine with my machine which I believe was an amazing after sales service. I do recommend them!

Wretched Service
These guys thought that it was appropriate to book me in for a repair, having been given all my personal and product/phone details, and then only notify me of 'no batteries in stock' once I'd arrived (having travelled in to central London!) I did complain, but I haven't received a reply. I went to the Apple store, had the job done the same day, and so I'll never use Amsys again - having previously used them for repairs. 0/10. Poor.

Racist and unprofessional company
It has been made common knowledge that Amsys endorses racist behaviour by allowing employees to email customers “Ching Chong.”
Not only is this incredibly juvenile, unprofessional but most of all shocking for an Apple-endorsed company.
Do better.

My screen was partially popped out
My screen was partially popped out. The team were completely honest and trustworthy and I felt completely safe in their hands. They told me what they thought was wrong with it and let me know if they couldn’t do it they wouldn’t charge the whole amount just a small deposit which I happily paid. They were so quick, and when I went back to see if it was ready early - as I was close anyways, it was already fixed.
