Very fast and efficient service. Phone repaired in under 2 hours. Received email alert when ready. Team member who dealt with me was friendly but super efficient.

I went into Amysys Poland Street to get a new battery for my iPhone 8. The screen got broken in the process so they replaced it with Apple covering the cost. Took 24hrs to get sorted out which wasn’t very convenient, but I’m very pleased with the end result. Staff were very helpful & apologetic for the inconvenience. Definitely recommend Amysys & will use them again.

Fixed my Apple Watch within 10 days, picked up and delivered with recorded next day delivery. Great service

Absolutely amazing team! I came in to change the battery on my phone and they discovered some internal damage that could’ve been costly. They liaised with Apple, reassured me and fixed my phone (which is basically brand new) within hours. Thank you so much! Especially Mickey!

My Apple Watch battery had started to fail after a couple of years use. The watch would only last 2 to 3 hours after a full charge. My watch was sent to amsys for repair. My watch was returned to me 2 weeks later with a report nothing is wrong with it and no fault found l. There obviously is a fault with the battery because it should last much longer than 2 to 3 hours.

Took it into an apple shop today who said it did have a faulty battery.

Paid for a repair with amsys and it came back still faulty.

Was able to book for next day, dropped my phone to the shop and the battery replaced within 2 hours. Courteous staff and excellent service, will be recommending to friends and family and would use them again without hesitation.

Amsys was quick an efficient, they instantly knew what was going on with my phone and answered any questions I had. Katy was also phenomenal and so nice with me, she really is someone you want to deal with :)

You said me the problem is with my company network but I was speaking and they said me no.

Very helpful, got me the best option out of a bad situation. I smashed my screen, payed for a replacement, but I then had other issues with my phone. Rather than charging me for a new one they gave me a new one free of charge as I’d already payed for a screen replacement. I’d definitely recommend these guys as they’re more helpful than apple themselves, they’re also apple verified.

My iPhone 11 had a cracked screen which needed replacing. Amsys offered same day repair so I chose to visit them. I arrived earlier than my appointment time which wasn't a problem to them. The guys were very helpful and said it would take a few hours to repair. Less than an hour later I had notification that my phone was ready. The cost was slightly lower than Apple advertises too. My phone has worked perfectly since the repair with no issues whatsoever. Overall I was very impressed with the service offered.

Previously gave a rubbish review as they gave me a phone that didn’t work and made me pay £500 for it. However while I was isolating they paid for currier service backwards and forwards and replaced phone all free of charge. Was really lovely and apologetic throughout thank you Alex and James!

Fantastic service. Really friendly, helpful and responsive staff. And a quick turn around too. Would highly recommend.

Attendants were very nice and quick to respond. They were able to fix my phone quickly also, however parts or the screen is just really expensive since it’s an iphone.
