Booking my phone for collection and delivery was simple and very easy. The service was great. Customer services was very helpful in detailing charges, etc. The reason I gave the experience an average is because no one from the technical/repair team send me any information about what repairs where needed if any for my phone. I got emails stating that my phone had been repaired and it was on its way back to me but no detail information of what had been done. I am now waiting for my phone to arrive tomorrow and I have yet to know what work has been done to my phone and if it will be working. I have asked customer services for information several times but no response either. The charges do not correspond to any charges set out on their charges menu and so I have no idea what to expect when my phone arrives. This is very disappointing.

I received EXCELLENT customer service from Katie (thank you!) She was friendly, super helpful and efficient. My phone was fixed (new battery) in around an hour. Very pleased with my overall experience. Would recommend to others!

I had the misfortune of both my MacBook Pro and my iPhone needing repair at the same time. I couldn't make or receive calls and the keyboard on my MacBook couldn't type capitals, @ some numerals.
Amsys were excellent, they picked up both devices, informed me what was wrong, how much and how long it would take to repair and delivered them back when repaired. The lady I spoke to on the phone was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Their service is a scam, they will charge you £30 for the check up service and will give you a wrong diagnosis to charge more money. They are scam people

Battery replacement was accomplished in scheduled time. The ladies who answered the phone and provided answers to my queries were all extremely helpful and courteous. I note Ivona in particular.

I was very positively surprised by the service, the team and the resolution of the issue!
They explained all the options for my MacBook issue and resolved it within 4 days, as they had mentioned! Very important since it was my work laptop.

Receiving also updates throughout the whole process was a great customer experience!

poor value for money. my laptop suffered liquid damage, cause they said there was a possibility I won't be able to recover my data, I strongly believe they wiped my laptop on purpose so they have less work to do and are probably linked to the data recovery specialist, and get a cut from him. said my laptop will take 3 days ended up taking 2 weeks. not professional, I had to keep reminding them my laptop was meant to be shipped not collected. better off going to apple to be very honest. Just to be clear about the data recovery thing had another laptop which I abandoned from last year may and would also not turn on, got it fixed and the laptop came with the exact safari page it was left on when it suffered liquid damage so what is the truth? Useless really, also didn't check my charger which didn't work and now I have to go back and get a new one
