Amsys 

Amsys did what they promised, they repaired the phone. However, they did not do it in time, did not provide information on what was wrong with it and was highly unflexible with using a courier to geht my hardware back to me in time. All in all, I would have been almost 2 weeks without my phone if I hadn't paid for shipping myself. Not really acceptable for my business and for my phone being covered by the warranty.

Andy and the team tried hard to help. Sadly apple made a mistake and sent me my old phone and wasted my time. I did appreciate Amsys help even if ultimately it didn’t resolve because of Apple’s failure to return a new one as promised

I am an Apple care Plus Customer.

Manager was too shy to speak and preferred having a Cigarette outside, than speaking to me on a damaged caused by them in store which costed me my whole day off from work and a journey from Kent to Soho, with all the excitement of visiting an Apple service centre Amsys for first time ever. Manager went downstairs ignoring me and didn’t want to have 1 word.

They asked me to go home with assurance of sending me a new device cos an issue has occurred during repair they couldn’t solve. I asked for manager 12 times, and manager kept sending his techs or front men to give me some sort of hope so i could leave the store. I went home, and received this email again that, ‘oh we are sorry but you don’t need the replacement device’ and come again and collect your device, we will fix that. ??? I called in store and requested for manager again, this time too, they promised me to ring back and reaction was obvious. NO RESPONSE!

On collection they tried charging me 5 pounds extra and after a reminded they changed the amount....... dddd

P.s: This is the first time ever i have given 1 star to anyone.

Went to replace my iPhone battery. When I asked, I was explained how the procedure would be done . My details were taken and my phone was ready within 2 hrs. Good and friendly customer service. Would recommend.

I loved their services as I wasn’t able to have any services on my hipbone so they helped me replace my phone as that wasn’t repairable and because I have broken legs so couldn’t come to their shop for a pick up so they were so kind to arrange home delivery for me so absolutely loved their services. Quick and efficient service (even in a pandemic)

My device was fixed within a couple of days with no extra charges. Very friendly and professional staff.

I got an appointment for a week on from when I checked with Apple. 5 minute appointment. Shame the part wasn’t in stock. Completed within the 4 days and collected.
All very efficient and problem resolved.
