Overall I am more unhappy with Apple that I've had to get my phone fixed in less than a year of buying my phone. The two things I was unhappy about was Amsys checked if they had the part in AFTER I arrived in the shop after having to take a cab in the pandemic. THEN I was told I would have to hand my phone over for 1-2 hours and would have to wander outside as we are in a pandemic and nothing is open. Luckily it was a dry day as i hadn't brought an umbrella. But, the person on reception was lovely and said he would do his best to have it fixed asap, which was the case thankfully.

The young man who helped me was very helpful and friendly and sorted my problem quickly.

I asked iPhone battery replacement.
Although it required parts order, they did great effort to complete the working earlier than originally expected.

Your Technical Staff in the back room may be good. I say “may be” because I am still experiencing the same problems with my IPHONE.
However, your Front Line Staff, leaves a lot to be desired. The “BOY” that served me on the day that collected my Phone, needs to be Trained. I asked for assistance to set the Phone back so that I could use it. He was clearly not interested and thus suggested that I use my own Home WiFi. I stated that I did not have Home WiFi. He immediately raised his voice and told me to get someone to show me or do it for me. He was quite unprofessional with an undertone rudeness which was intolerable. I left the shop feeling totally demoralised.

I am 66 years old and I do not take kindly to the fact people have automatic expectations of everyone. I do not know a lot about Phones, but I certainly have experience and skills which surpasses that.

Should Apple suggest sending me back to your shop, I will have no alternative but to refuse and let them know the reason why. Quite clearly, this “BOY” is not focus on building Customer Relationships; therefore why should I return to a shop that does not demonstrate due care.

Great and quick service. It might be an idea to book appointment slots vi event beige as people queuing outside for 30-40 mts. Time a lot will help with this issue.

Would recommend Amsys Repair, my MacBook was repaired within a week with no issues and delivered back to me on time with no problems. Great customer service, any questions I had were answered quickly from Tanja who was very helpful.

I had a serious fault with my iPhone, Apple recommended I take my phone to Amsys. I explained my problem to the one of the Amsys technical folks.

They assessed that the phone was beyond repair and organised the phone to be replaced.

Within a few days I had a new iPhone. Very simple and efficient service, would highly recommend.
