Very happy with purchase and customer service
I ordered a white gold teal sapphire engagement ring from Angara, my first time using their services, and the experience was very positive. I did make a mistake with the ring size, entirely on me since I’d never ordered a ring online before.
Thankfully, the return and replacement process was smooth. Even during what must be their busiest time of year, the customer service manager, Sam Stevens, went above and beyond to make sure the resized ring was sent back to me on time. I was about to leave for a holiday, so the timing really mattered, and thanks to their effort we were able to take the ring with us and share the news with our families.
Customer service was genuinely impressive throughout. The Live Chat team answered all my questions before ordering and stayed responsive during delivery and replacement. Sam in particular was proactive, communicative, and made sure everything moved quickly and correctly. I would definitely buy again from them in the future.

I ordered a ring on the 4th December…
I ordered a ring on the 4th December after being let down by another company. The customer service was exceptional and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process. All of my questions were answered very quickly and honestly. I wanted to know if the delivery date I was given was still on track and I was told it was. I got so much reassurance that everything was progressing nicely. The whole process took just over a week.
When my parcel arrived I was totally blown away by the packaging. There was a big box which contained my ring box and the best bit was when I opened the ring box to check it, there was a light that shone onto the ring inside. What an amazing idea. When I checked the box again I realised it was in fact a jewellery box again I was amazed by the quality.
If you are looking for a ring for a special occasion or just in general then I couldn’t recommend Angara enough. High quality and great customer service that understands when things have gone wrong with somebody else that you are a bit desperate to make sure things are correct and on time. They definitely delivered on every aspect. Would highly recommend and if I ever need anything again I won’t hesitate to get in touch and use Angara. They have restored my faith and I can’t thank them enough.

Service and product quality
They deliver on their promises in both product quality and customer support! The main order and the free gift that accompanied the order arrived on time. A piece of the free gifts was missing, but they responded quickly by sending it within a day!
