Shonky lifetime warranty, beware.
I have used this company several times to buy jewellery for special occasions. The actual presentation of the jewellery and the way it looks is great. The purchase and delivery process is also good. Unfortunately, when issues arise with warranty claims it is a different story. We paid nearly $2000 for a sapphire ring for our daughters 21st and after about 18 months the stone fell out and was lost. Assuming it would be covered by the 'lifetime warranty' I got in touch and was told it was not covered by the policy. The actual clause states that "Wear and tear and lost or missing stones and parts of the jewellery due to inappropriate, improper or abnormal use of the product." They are clearly including 'wearing' the jewellery as inappropriate use as they would not honour the warranty. This was a gift that I was hoping would last her whole life not 19 months. The next daughter is 21 soon and we will buy her ring elsewhere. This occurred in December 2025.

I received my beautiful ring in a wonderful ring box but had to use the online chat twice in a week so I could see about getting the ring resized. I had dealings with Rose and Chloe who were both most helpful and dealt with what I needed perfectly, Great company, thank you.

Fantastic aftercare and customer service.
After purchasing an emerald bracelet as a wedding gift, the stone unfortunately fell out and was lost. After getting in touch with Angara they quickly sent out a return label repaired it and sent it back with no hassle or fuss. I would 100% recommend this company and their customer services are a*. Great customer service from start to finish
I ordered a ring for my wife. The website was easy to use, with great customer service throughout the process. Bespoke made, but delivered within a few days.
The ring is beautiful, exactly what my wife wanted.

I returned a pair of Tahitian pearl…
I returned a pair of Tahitian pearl earrings that were poorly made (after paying for heirloom quality pearls). It’s been over three weeks since I’ve returned the earrings and I have yet to receive a refund. The customer service team takes ages to get back to you, and then they beg you to accept a replacement instead of a refund.
Buyer beware.
