Excellent delivery time

Great service and product. We bought a rollator and it is comfortable to use and very light. The larger wheels make negotiating pavement cracks easier.
The price was excellent directly from Angelmobility and DHL delivery included.

Fabulous chair. So much lighter than a conventional transit one and the tyres protect the user from the jarring often associated with travelling on uneven surfaces. Delivery was quick. Very impressed overall

This product was delivered late when originally sent, and required some chasing to facilitate its final delivery.

The product was used part time as I work from home two days a week. It has developed fraying in the stitches and a tear in the leather. I have tried to convey this to the supplier who have been dismissive and unhelpful.

A product of this price and apparent quality should not degrade so quickly, after only light usage and in less than a year. The customer service has been poor and I’m pursuing legal recourse to get an adequate response and suitable recompense from the supplier, and the company continues to ignore my emails.

I would thoroughly recommend avoiding them as a supplier and seeking similar products from more well established and professional companies.

I have seen similar reviews elsewhere that only corroborate how awful this company can be.

There needs to be a more detailed booklet re wheel removal and footrest adjustment. It's only because our son is a cyclist that the wheels are now on safely. The footrests came at their smallest to fit the packaging. It made the chair feel too small so it was almost returned.

Amazing service. Chair is great quality and arrived in a pop up and go condition. Delivery was so fast and the chair is super light. The wheels are a little tricky to get back on if your not ambulatory
