I lost my dog 2 months ago, having rang around local vets and petlog, i just did not know what to do. I came across animal search uk and registered Bruno as missing. Animal search kindly contacted me to give me some very helpful advice. I decided to take a publicity campaign out with Animal Search as my insurance would cover the cost of this. I am so happy i took this step as within 2 days my dog returned thanks to someone spotting the poster and calling in to say they had seen Bruno. I am so happy and thankful to animal search. Such a professional and caring company. Could not fault them. Made up to have my baby back.

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever! They are in breach of the consumer rights act big time. I registered my cat missing with them on a Saturday afternoon and also paid for additional facebook publicity - £18. On Sunday afternoon my cat reappeared and I straight contacted them via their Online Webform - to cancel my account as well as to stop the publication, hence to refund me the £18 - no reply. On Monday morning, well before 8am, I contacted them again via e-mail as well as via facebook messenger- no reply, until I got really angry and then their reply was, that I was too late - I hadn't even been 24hrs! No only did they ignore me, refused to refund my legally entitled to refund, but also refused to respond to my letters I send (legally required when filing a complain) - DO NOT USE THEM -they will rip you off!!!!
