I recently dropped off friends off fro a holiday at Heathrow. Their pet in my care became very unwell. The stress and worry this caused + the vet visit, I forgot to pay the drop off charge in the given timeframe. I wrote to the Heathrow Terminal Drop Off Team, explaining the situation with supporting evidence and they kindly reimbursed the fine was issued. I am so grateful for their understanding and kindness. We need more of this, in this world.

Scummy Con Artists - They removed all manual payment systems from the car park. They use ANPR and issued a fine. Went to pay it, followed the website address on the document and it says system down, please allow 24 hours. I wait 24 hours, same again. I send emails and screenshots showing my issue. No response, time has now changed into £100.00 fine, still can't access using PCN number, raise again. Each time it sends an email asking to wait 5 days for response. (So I did) First time I hear anything is today, from Debt Collection asking for £170.00 - I've had to pay and take it up with APCOA - First email I had was today saying it is somehow my fault that I didn't send in a cheque if the system was down. I don't even own a cheque book its 2026! I despise these companies, £170 to drop off my parents. Their own system is down as shown directly with time stamps. Its literally robbery. Scum.

They don’t have good service and I think the government should look and investigate and shut it down. It’s all rip off.

Excellent customer service from APCOA. I had an issue with a Heathrow Terminal Drop-Off payment, and Hannie was incredibly helpful, understanding, and professional throughout. She explained everything clearly, resolved my query promptly, arranged my refund, and made the whole process stress-free. Thank you, Hannie, for your outstanding support. A great example of excellent customer service!

If I could do no stars I would. What a total con!! Wanted to charge the car after a long drive from London to Leeds. Arrived at the car park, attached the cables and scanned the car code on the charger and inserted all my details and pressed Apple Pay and it took just over a minute or so to say the data is insufficient and can’t submit. Tried two different machine and even called the help line number which was on the machine and they were as useless as anything. Total joke! Cannot charge the car What’s the bloody point!! Sort this out!! Very upset and angry

I have found that this company is appalling. I was in a rush for a medical appointment and used the QR code to pay for parking. I didnt realise the website had my car pre-saved. I PAID for parking but against my car and not my husbands car that I was using that day but didn't realise until the fine came through. I contacted them and was told I had to appeal. I did, and they said that it states in their T&C's that you must enter the right reg. I had this many years ago with another company and because I showed it was a genuine error and had paid for parking, the fine was cancelled but NOT this company.
No, they decided to still fine me. I appealed through POPLA and they sided with them because it was on a board right at the entrance to the car park. So I ask, who parks their car and returns to the carpark entrance to read the terms and conditions??
The outcome of the failed appeal came through whilst I was abroad for 3 weeks on holiday. I had no communication from APCOA which would have been useful to explain how to pay the fine following the failed appeal. Oh no, instead they handed the outstanding fine straight to a debt recovery service which bumped the fine up a further £70. The debt recovery company they use also send letters that when you eventually get the letter after 6 days from the letter date, they only give you 3 days to respond - but apparently that is a Post Office issue not theirs. But at a guess they pay the cheapest option for bulk mail so it is not delivered quickly and they can up their charge?
I would understand if I had blatantly tried to avoid paying for parking and would absolutely understand getting the fine. I did pay - which you offered no refund on either, it was a genuine error, a place I had not been before and on my way to a medical appointment.
Disgusting company, disgusting service and feel sorry for any private company using their service. They will reflect badly on you. I will be making a point of telling as many people as I can how you are a money grabbing awful company. Your behaviour is despicable.

Great parking, easy booking only let down by number plate recognition at exit and entry.

I had an issue with motorcycle parking at London Luton Airport, where I was charged by mistake even though I had parked in the designated motorcycle parking area.
APCOA customer service handled my request professionally and arranged a refund quickly. Special thanks to Samantha B for her help and clear communication.
Good customer service and the issue was resolved.

I paid a parking fine and for some reason, the payment went through twice. I made contact through live chat and Wayne was extremely helpful and efficient and raised the refund within 5 minutes. Great service.

I mistakenly paid for the wrong car, within minutes of contacting them by chat the charge was refunded and a confirmation email was sent to me. If only everyone provided such an easy good customer service

The gentleman from APCOA (Muhammed Haseem) who I spoke to this afternoon regarding a fine for drop off at Manchester Airport could not have been more helpful explaining (when asked) that there is indeed a method for automatic payment which negates the possibility of any more fines. I would like to add that it would be a very good idea to make this information more readily available as I know there are many other people like myself (elderly and forgetful and struggling financially) who would benefit from this knowledge.

I made a double payment (my mistake) and hence wanted a refund on one of the payments. APCOA acknowledged my request that day and then just over 3 weeks later a received an email informing me that I will be refunded. Concise and informative email from Joanne. Just what I wanted.
