A fantastic variety of meal options available for our pupils, we have been very impressed with the quality and service provided by Apetito.

My neighbour brings it home from where she works and gives it to me. There's some weird combinations. Curry and mash potatoes.??!! Rice with it wasn't bad. Fish and mash potatoes. The fish was ok The mash is terrible. Colour is enough to put you off. The worst so far is the shepherds pie. Meat slop covered with a very thin layer of mash. I'm not a fussy eater, but I couldn't eat that.

Our school does this company and it’s disgusting.i do not recommend.everyone now changed to pack lunch because of this.

We literally had to soak the oil off the trays with kitchen paper. One client of ours said “he wouldn’t feed it to his dogs” we didn’t stick with them very long. I thought I’d review after it jogged my memory from a Facebook ad. Date is estimated.

The food is disgusting and inedible. My husband often refuses to eat the food because it is so dry. I cook a lunch most days and take him a hot wholesome meal.

The quality of the food leaves much to be desired. It's full of chemicals. I don't recommend it

Applied for a job here and was given an interview, was told by the interviewer/manager that i’d hear back in a few days, nearly 4 weeks later multiple attempted calls, no communication from the recruiter (phone keeps ringing out) and no one willing to help over the phone at all. Avoid

Amazing food!!

Awful! Come to the site to do a collection. Forklift guy was helpful also the security women was great! Forklift guy told me to speak to his superior, so I did. The superior was very rude, snapped at me demanding stuff I couldn’t tell him as the company sorted the collection out not me. Gave him the information I had which is all he required. Sat and waited for an hour and then went and spoke to him again after no sign of my collection, his response was he text someone.

What type of supervisor is that, not helpful at all. Very rude. Something that would normally be sorted in 10/15 mins is taking hours.

Apetito food is absolutely horrible. The website proclaims that the food is made from great ingredients, but I do not know how they manage to make it so grim! I have thrown away the last 5 out of 6 meals. The chilli was OK but the rest are mushy crap.

It's not fit for pigs to eat. Don't waste your money. It doesn't look or smell like food. 1 star is too much, should be zero stars.

Awful. The care home where my mum lives changed ownership in 2023. They changed the freshly made food that was perfect and well made to Apetito to save money and staffing. I can say that my mum doesn’t like it. There are a number of other residents that don’t like it either and lots of waste is seen. 10 months in for the first time ever my mum has vitamin deficiencies. I was told by the home that if not eaten within 30 minutes it can’t be eaten and goes to mush. Vile and simply not good enough for our elders.

I used to cook apetito where i worked and I can honestly say that these meals are absolutely beautiful! I wish you sold them in supermarkets as I would love to buy some for myself! Your mustard pepper mash and sausages in a rich gravy sauce is amazing and your deserts too! I love all the meals I've tried. Very lovely to cook them too, very practical and more importantly the presentation and flavour 💯💯💯 thank you for providing excellent meals for people who have to have blended food too, you made these meals look highly presentable and very delicious too. I highly recommend these to everyone.

I'm giving one star and if I could I'd leave zero stars the food that's provided by appetio is absolutely disgusting the food is bland n absolutely lacking in taste to be honest infact I've tasted better at charity free meal events ....how they serve this to elderly and charge for this slop is disgusting....need I say anymore

I am taking the time to thank you for the fantastic service that you offer.

My father, aged 90, is elated. He won’t stop raving about the ‘charming delivery man’ coming every week. He adores the food, specifically the cottage pie. I honestly believe that it has brung the sparkle back to his eye even in his late health.

My appreciation is immeasurable, not only that he is reliably looked after but also for the stress relieved on my end.

My grandfather really enjoys the range of meals on offer and I can trust he is getting a hearty and nutritious meal each day! Great customer service and would definitely recommend.

An absolute lifesaver for my 96 year old grandmother. Brilliant service throughout with a wide range of great tasting meals that she absolutely loved! Everyone we spoke to throughout the process couldn't do enough to help. Would definitley recommend!

Extraordinarily disappointed with this company. I set up and paid for my Grandmothers meals on wheels. (Invoices were always sent to my address and paid for by me). After a ‘data breach’ this company started to send bills to my elderly grandmother who was very confused and upset. I called the company to give them my details and ask that bills are not sent to her as their contract was with me. (The bill covered a time she was in hospital and meals were on hold incidentally and so the money is not in fact owed). Despite calling and complaining on three separate occasions this company have continued to harass and upset my 100 year old grandmother. It’s entirely inappropriate and and extremely upsetting. I just called again and the so-called ‘customer service’ line said they could do nothing more then send a message to the depo. They suggested it is not to do with them even though they are the customer service department for this company as ‘they don’t send out the bills’ I asked them to follow up the complaint next week to ensure the issue will be addressed as I have called three times and they have failed to take any action what so ever. Maybe understandable that I would have no faith their messages get actioned. Customer service refused saying customer service are not allowed to make outbound calls and have no way of having telephone contact with their own depot. I asked for a managers details and was told they don’t have those either. I don’t understand what customer service they actually provide as all they are able to do is leave messages…I could do that myself. I informed them that their customer services messages have been ignored on the previous three occasions I have called and all that time they continue to harass my elderly grandmother. Either incompetent or they just don’t care. Appalling.

Surprisingly delicious and varied range of meals has saved us time and money - out residents are always thrilled with the food and the team at apetito are always so friendly and helpful!
