There were some issues with the storage, but it wasn't so bad that I couldn't fix it myself.

Super helpful staff. Answered all of my questions and helped me with the payment process. Very clear directions on how to open the computer and how to operate it. Really great customer service and delivery service!

Little communication about errors and when I sent emails they either didn’t answer it or took forever to respond, and recently I sent them an email about how my computer doesn’t have Bluetooth even though it was supposed to come with Bluetooth 5.0. Usin device manager shows that I don’t even have what was apart of my computer and I never got a response on it just a link to a survey

I greatly appreciated Apex’s open communication, frequent status updates, and a call from a technician/engineer to ensure I would get what I wanted out of the product. The customer service and delivery were both great, and the PC itself was easy to put together and runs beautifully.

The computer took some time to come in but it was well worth the wait. Well put together, runs every game I could ever want to play and works well with heavy design software.

Great customer service and the PC is working wonders

My pc came looking good. A smaller form factor so it fits great on my TV stand. Quality build wiring is perfect no complaints at all. I would highly recommend there PCs.

The pc is pretty good it took a little bit to get the pc build shipping is a whole different story the window lickers down at ups just cant seem to grasp there job or something but apex pc is pretty good they do payments and all that good stuff the tech support Robert and tim thoses two need a raise and blowy when them two walk threw the door

The whole set up and such is great, it went genuinely great and the performance of it is very nice. Besides the looks and more of the function: it handles very well and it's something I can go by from day to day. It's very nice, thank you and stay safe!

Whilst it took longer to receive my PC due to the company having to order parts, the end product is ACE!
I was kept informed of progress throughout the waiting period. Apart from the delay, the shopping experience and customer service were sterling. I would happily order from Apex again!

Amazing build. Came well packed and I only had to tighten a few things and pull off the protective strips on the inside of the glass. I ordered ddr5 5200, but they installed 5600. If that was a mistake, nenerneena. Set records on 3Dmark benchmark. I do wish I went hard and got a 5080 build, but this works just fine after I tuned the GPU to match the refresh rate of my monitor. I have not overlooked it, but when I can, I won't. I'll just upgrade sending it back to them. Work smarter, not harder.

I had great communication with Apex. I did not always get the answer I wanted, but Apex was always staying in connect and responding to me. The technician I spoke with when deciding what I needed was very knowledgeable and even made suggestions I had not thought of to make this order exactly what I wanted. I am very happy with my gaming PC. I would recommend Apex to others as I’m sure they will refine their practices and make the experience even better.

I got exactly what I ordered and it runs everything game I play perfectly. Would recommend.
