Reliable

The PC I was sent is living up to the expectations in every way. With the only thing I can complain about being that it's the wrong colour, which did scare me as I thought orders got mixed up but it's all good and not really something that bothers me now.

There is a constant back and forth leading up to you receiving your PC. They want to make sure it all lines up with you perfectly

It was worth the wait

I'll have to start off with the customer service. It is so top tier that it's like finding a unicorn out in the wild. It should not exist how intentive they are and how quick they are getting back with you and staying in touch with you. You can message them every day like a crazy ex-girlfriend and they will still respond and give you the information you need. Not only that, did the PC take some time to get here. Yes, but it was worth the wait. The pc is crisp clear run. Smoothly, easy instructions to set up and if you have issues, they can call you, you don't have to be a computer genius. You can just call these guys and they'll run it through you. Step-by-step. If you're a simple salt of the Earth guy like me who likes to do nerdy stuff, but doesn't know nothing about computers. And you want a great system for a decent price. Get ahold of these guys. They will hook you up guaranteed. You'll love it.

Great customer service

The team reached out every step of the way, helping me fit my build to my games I play, honestly the amount of back and forth was amazing. It arrived promptly, considering I ordered it near the holidays. Came packaged wonderfully. The setup was super easy and was gaming within minutes of it being out of the box. I will be using them in the future

recently purchased a PC from APEX…

recently purchased a PC from APEX Gaming, and overall, the experience has been very positive. The performance of the system has been exactly what I needed. It runs smoothly, boots quickly, and handles everything I’ve thrown at it from schoolwork to gaming without slowing down. The build quality is solid and feels durable, with clean cable management and a layout that makes the inside look organized and professional.

What really stood out to me was the customer service. Every time I reached out with a question, I got a quick and helpful response. They made the buying process easy and kept me updated from the moment I placed the order until it arrived at my door. The packaging was secure so I appreciate the handling with care.

I’m really satisfied with my purchase. APEX Gaming delivered on both quality and service, and I definitely feel like I got great value for what I paid. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable prebuilt PC.

Great Service, well made PC!

This was my first purchase with the company so I did not know what to expect. I'd say I had an overall great experience from deciding what PC to get, the customer service was great overall and once I received my PC it was easy to unpack, assemble the remaining pieces and setup! There was some slightly frustrating times inbetween due to some misleading emails of part ordering and when my PC was going to be built and ready, but I was notified of a new transition of how things were being done and they were working out the kinks so I understand overall and appreciated the communication for clearing it all up! I will still definitely recommend anyone to using APEX Gaming!

Trouble with Wi-fi adapter

I recently bought a gaming PC from Apex Gaming, set up was easy and quick, and the PC ran smoothly. After about a week though I was having trouble connecting to the internet, so I reached out to customer service for their help. I did everything they suggested to try, and trouble shoot it from my end, but I was still having issues. So the conclusion was that I would need a new Wi-fi adapter because the one the PC came with was running too hot and would disconnect from the internet after about 5-10 minutes of use. The package arrived fairly quick and customer service was very helpful with the issue. I really appreciate how quickly they helped handle the situation.

Best gaming pc buying experience. Huge selection of specific machine made to play the games with the peripherals. Tech contact to make sure the machine is powered to work with your expectations. Machine worked out of the box and exceeds expectations everyday.

I had a question about the motherboard…

I had a question about the motherboard in my Apex Alpha build and reached out to support by email. Instead of going back and forth, Nick personally called me to clear everything up. That alone was impressive, but while we were on the phone he also helped diagnose and fix an issue I was having with my RGB lighting control — something completely unrelated to my original question.

It’s rare to get that level of initiative and hands-on support. Nick went above and beyond, and the whole experience showed how much Apex cares about their customers. Excellent service, fast responses, and genuinely knowledgeable support.

Highly recommend Apex Gaming PCs — and big thanks to Nick for the outstanding help!

If I could give 0 stars then I would. They never told me about a down payment that I would have to make after already paying a set price for them to ship me the pc I then emailed them and they said that they would refund my money and have never contacted me since

These PCs are financed directly through us and the first payment is effectively a down payment. Depending on several different factors, we do sometimes require an additional down payment before we are able to ship a PC.
