Placed an order for delivery Monday 13th July 2026 and was told to expect delivery on Wednesday 15th July 2026 between 7.30am-9.00pm waited in all day and no delivery got in touch in the morning with argos chat 16th July 2026 and was told my delivery would definitely be delivered today by yodel. I got in touch with yodel who told me there was no delivery for me so got back in touch with argos chat and was told due to a system issue my order has not progressed so they will have to cancel my order and issue a refund what a complete waste of 2 days staying at home waiting for a delivery that never was.

Faulty item after 2 years got told I need independent review I said I can’t afford this they told me to take my item to nearest Argos paid someone to take me , the manager said I had been given false information so had travelled quite far for nothing , I then put I review on Trustpilot for them to respond saying contact them , I did that to be told nothing they can do so was pointless said to get in contact no help what so ever they have now told me to contact Sainsbury’s email

Purchased a garden parasol from a 'trusted site". Arrived on time. However, within one day a mild gust of wind dislodged the parasol from my separately bought base, and one of the ribs/spokes completely snapped off. Reported the issue using the online contact seller form, but have had no response. I have submitted another form today. I've also called Argos direct, but the automated service informed me the item had been delivered, advised me to contact 'trusted site', and then cut my call off!! Tried the Argos online chat service, and again I was told to contact the 'trusted site' and the proceeded to cut my chat session off! Absolutely poor show from Argos!!
I will wait luntil Monday and if no response from the 'trusted site', or Argos, I will contact the Standard Trading Office!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Argos.
To begin with, the wrong sofa was delivered, meaning I had to wait an additional two days for it to be collected and for a replacement to be arranged. During that time, I noticed my contact number was incorrect on your system, so I updated it two days ago to ensure there would be no further issues.
This morning, I called to confirm that today’s delivery was still going ahead, only to be told it had been cancelled because the driver was unable to contact me. What doesn’t make sense is that the original (incorrect) sofa was successfully delivered using the same incorrect contact details, so I fail to understand why this suddenly became an issue for the replacement delivery.
As a result, I now have to wait until Monday to receive the correct sofa. This has been incredibly frustrating and has caused unnecessary inconvenience, especially when I have done everything required on my part.
The level of service I have experienced has been unacceptable. From delivering the wrong item in the first place to then cancelling the replacement delivery, the handling of this order has been poor throughout. I expected a much higher standard of customer service and would appreciate an explanation as to how this happened and what Argos intends to do to put this right.

awful customer service , ordered a tv, given delivery date which came and went - no tv, next day nothing, called them and could not get a straight answer as to why asked for a refund, three days later still trying to get confirmation they are processing a refund. appalling service will never use again.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had from Argos
I am extremely disappointed with Argos and the way my complaint has been handled.
I purchased an **Oslo 3 Door Mirror Wardrobe (Order Number: 256944343)**, and it has now been **more than five months** since Argos arranged a replacement and collection. Despite repeated promises and assurances, the issue is still unresolved.
The delivery has failed **seven times**. I have contacted Argos support **more than 100 times** trying to get a simple solution. I have spoken to customer service advisors, requested managers, contacted the Resolution Team, and followed every possible route, but nobody has taken proper ownership of the issue.
The most frustrating part is that during some of the delivery attempts, I was waiting at home and even outside my property, but the driver did not arrive. Shortly afterwards, I received notifications saying the delivery had failed and that I needed to rebook again. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious failure in Argos’ delivery and customer service process.
I was informed that my case was being managed by the Resolution Team, including **Jonathan Lawrence**, but the communication has been extremely poor. I have repeatedly chased for updates, made more than 30 additional calls, and sent multiple emails, but I have received no proper response or resolution.
This entire experience has caused unnecessary stress, frustration, and wasted a huge amount of my time. I have been patient for more than five months, but I feel completely ignored as a customer.
I always considered Argos a trusted UK retailer, but this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the brand. A company should not treat a customer this way after payment has been made and the customer has cooperated throughout the process.
I am not asking for anything unreasonable — I simply want Argos to either:
* Successfully deliver the replacement wardrobe and complete the collection;
After seven failed deliveries, more than 100 contacts, and months of waiting, I expect Argos to take responsibility and provide a proper resolution.
**Very disappointed with Argos and the lack of customer care.**

I purchased the Lenovo Legion T5 301AX10 on 3 July 2026 from Argos, Within the LegionSpace app the product should come with a 14-Month warranty, however, the Legion operating system states that it will expire on 11/11/2026, 4 Months remaining.
Does that mean the product has been registered by Argos or another customer, then returned back to Argos?
