I ordered a Clarisonic Mia on Cyber Monday, and then two days later they said the color I ordered was back-ordered for a month. However, they were great about letting me switch to a color that was available or wait for the original color. I chose to switch colors (because really, who cares?) and everything was great after that. Very quick shipping, and a great deal on the item!

I ordered the clarisonic mia facial brush, it arrived quickly and without any issues. I would order from Askderm again.

I searched everywhere for a Clarisonic in an affordable price range, and this site was the only one to offer a discount during the holiday shopping season. My product was shipped the next day and arrived quickly. Everything was in order and a little free sample was thrown in. Everything came on time and was undamaged. I enjoyed getting the little packet of samples. The only problem I had which wasn't even that big, was that two of the three samples I got were of the item that I ordered. I would have preferred if they had been of different items that I had never tried before. Overall I enjoyed ordering from pocketderm

I recently placed an online order with Ask Derm but, in my haste, requested the wrong product. During subsequent phone conversations with Courtney, my personal Account Representative, the matter was straightened out and the order was corrected in a polite, friendly, and reassuring manner. I have always found Ask Derm to be reliable and prompt in providing services.
The only improvement I can suggest is that of initiating a live phone service for us West Coast Pacific Standard residents who find that your staff, working on Eastern Standard Time, are not always available in the Pacific afternoon time frame.

When I received my order, the outside packaging was fine, but the box to the Clarisonic brush was damaged, and the seal on the box was broken. It was obviously that way when it was sent out and did not occur during the shipping process. I contacted askderm.com and reported the problem and requested that they exchange my brush for one that was unopened and not damaged, but they refused saying they do not accept returns.

However, the shipping was very fast.
