Can’t get a reply. Ordered shoes 3 weeks ago. No shoes, no money return, no answer. Horrible, horrible Kundenservice.

The shopping experience on the website and the communication regarding shipment were good, but the color of the product I received looks several degrees lighter from how it appeared online…

Order placed on 19th of april. 12 days later not a single update. Not even a reply on a E-mail sent to hello at asphaltgold.com.

Wouldn't order here a second time.

I ordered the New Balance Fresh Foam BB v2 from Asphaltgold but unfortunately had to return them because they were too tight. I shipped them back and they received the return over 20 days ago. Since then, I’ve been waiting for my refund with no success.

I reached out to Asphaltgold via Facebook to ask about the status. They responded at first, saying they were experiencing a high volume of returns and asked for patience. Fair enough. However, when I politely asked if they could give me an approximate timeframe for when my return would be processed, they simply left me on "seen" and never replied again.

This is extremely disappointing customer service. It’s not just about the delay — it’s the complete lack of communication afterward that’s unacceptable. I’m still out of both the shoes and my money, and at this point, it feels like they just don’t care.

I expected better from a company like Asphaltgold. I would caution others to think twice before ordering here, especially if you might need to return something.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes to try sizing on the 8th of April, collected my order and it is missing 1 pair of shoes. No reaction to any emails for 2 weeks, very disappointing customer service no response just silence. Would like for someone to actually respond to my email enquiries and resolve my problem like any other company would do, order number AG44117533.

My returned items reached the warehouse and was accepted by the warehouse with a letter to my email on March 18.

I waited 10 days as they requested, then tried to contact customer service. On 01/04 I was answered by Aspen manager and asked to wait. After that I wrote 7 times to hello()asphaltgold.com. Today is 21/04 - more than 30 days have passed since the return. No one has contacted me, the phone number on the website does not work +49(0)6151-629210.

I really hope that I will not have to file a police report.

Bought a tracksuit in the middle of feb. After a weeks waiting the tracking keep saying: 'The sender has sent information on a shipment item with this ID, but we have not yet received the shipment item.'
Afterwards I contact Aspaltgold - who can tell me, theres been a mistake with the data on my package, and I should wait a few days for them to fix it. I then wait 3 days and contact them again. Ones again I'm being told it will take som extra days and now 3 weeks in I contacted them again yesterday. This time no respond on my latest email or further explanations, simply just a refund on the mail.

I placed an order (#AG43985196) a month ago, but I still haven't received it. I contacted the shop, and they only responded once, stating that shipping could take up to 3 weeks. In the meantime, I contacted the shipping company, and they confirmed that they never received the package. I’ve tried contacting the shop multiple times, asking for a refund or an update on my order, but I received no response. This experience has been very disappointing. I wouldn’t order from them again, especially during a sale period. It doesn’t feel reliable.

Glad I found this shop, as they were the only ones with the shoe I wanted in my size. Delivery in 2 days to BE is very fast. Shoes arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely use Asphaltgold for future purchases.

Someone wrote that positive reviews here are fake, but it's often the case that people with negative experiences are more likely to write reviews than those with positive ones. I used this store for the first time and was really surprised after reading the negative reviews.

Placed an order on 17/02, confirmed as shipped on 18/02. Yesterday got an email stating "refund notification '. No information why and no reply to my email questioning this. Also, still no refund.
