From the sales team to the ordering to the fitting, everything was excellent. The fitting team were on time, did such a good job, cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommended this company to anyone who were wanting to change their windows in their home.Great

Ordered 2 doors 18th February, paid a £800 deposit. Despite several telephone calls, numerous promised call backs, and several excuses we still have no doors!! Non existent customer service. 2 calls made this week already with promises of a call back, still nothing!! Absolutely shocking way to run a business. Will expect a refund of our deposit plus the interest you've earned holding on to our money for the last 4 months!! Does anyone recommend a glazing company that actually values its customers?

Update - after my initial post, we were contacted that evening to arrange a date. The doors were fitted the following week to a very high standard. The fitters were very polite and did a fab job.

Great job by Jason, Richard the fitter and team. We're very happy with our front door (and previously had windows fitted).

No after sales whatsoever. Logged an issue using their online form, no response. Followed up with 5 calls and promised Rob the owner would get back to.me. No response. Happy to take my money in the first place but can't be bothered to treat their customers.with a little respect.

Update - Company eventually contacted me and after discussion provided a resolution to the issue. Whilst happy that resolved, shouldn’t need constant chasing to receive good after sales service.

Our really experienced builders were very impressed and the windows look fantastic. They worked very hard and were a pleasure to have in the house whilst they were doing the installation. I highly recommend them both! Thanks!

We have just had all our windows and front door replaced. The quote from AW was very competitive and Bill talked us through all the variations in windows and doors that we could have.
It took a week for Ian and AJ to complete the job. They were pleasant and courteous through out. (They are partial to hot cross buns!) They covered the carpets and furniture with dust sheets and the whole process was no where near as disruptive as I was expecting. We would thoroughly recommend Associated Windows We are very pleased with the results, the house already feels warmer and quieter. Thank you from J & M

Bill was charming & seemed very reasonably on initial assessment. It was a big job installing windows & doors. There were a number of inexplicable delays & the standard of workmanship was appalling in places. After complaining the company attempted to rectify some parts but the work was simply substandard. They then tried to deny some of the work which had been agreed but fortunately there had been witnesses to the conversation. The standard of workmanship would have to be seen to be believed. ( Doors aren't fitted properly, strips of upvc falling off from outside upstairs windows, sills not sealed etc etc.) Be warned - reviews seem to indicate the quality of their work can vary from one extreme to another. If all the good reviews are to be believed. If you do use them get EVERYTHING in writing, make your own detailed notes & retain a hefty deposit until you are completely satisfied the job has been done to an acceptable standard.

Have used Associated on three separate occasions for Solidor composite doors and windows. Have always found Bill to be straightforward, approachable and friendly in any dealings - there is no hard sell, there is no haggling, any question about what might look/be better for the situation and/or look you are trying to achieve is answered openly and constructively, the team in the office such as Kim and Marie have always been friendly (there is also a customer car park outside the shop which is helpful) and all the fitters for example Dennis and Ian, are polite, on time and tidy (respectful that they are in your home). We were recommended them originally by a friend and we continue to recommend them to others who share the same positive experiences we have had from this family firm

Bill has been round to quote for a new front door. This is a return visit after having our windows done a few years ago.

Great experience with associated windows! Highly recommend! Couldn't of asked for better service from the receptionist right through to the guys that did the fitting.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Associated Windows. One of the panes of glass in my bi-fold door shattered without being hit or damaged in any way. The door is in a living space where a child plays regularly, making the situation even more concerning. When I contacted the company, they advised me that it may not be covered under warranty, but assured me they would still submit a claim on my behalf. After waiting days with no follow-up, or offer to come and inspect the door, I discovered they had never actually submitted the claim at all.

Frustrated, we got in touch with another window company who immediately offered to come out, remove the shattered glass, and inspect the door. They informed us that we would know straight away if it could be claimed under warranty. Not only did they board the door up for safety, but they also provided us with a quote and an estimated fitting date the same day.

Associated Windows – this is what customer service looks like. Instead of dismissive, patronising responses from people like Rob, this other company was responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.

I would strongly advise against using Associated Windows if you expect honesty or decent customer support.

Very happy with Associated Windows. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly from start to finish, no pushy hard sale. We decided what we wanted, then out came the surveyor who further discussed the complete process along with our possibilities. The fitters were very proficient, professional and cleaned up behind themselves. The fit and final finish was second to none. All in all good service, quality product, superb fitting and finishing all for a fair price. What more can anyone ask for. We definitely recommend Associated Windows 100%.

They have always arrived on the dot of 0800 and worked hard and professionally through every day without a break. Their standards of installation have been extremely high and care taken of the floor and furniture etc. Polite and courteous throughout they are a credit to your business. We would, without hesitation, recommend Associated Windows to others.
