When it goes wrong expect it go badly wrong. A 6 week project taking over 9 months and the Managing Director refusing to discuss the project, issuing demands for payment and refusing to attend to defects in the works. Despite writing to the Company in December it took over 2 months for a 'verbal' reply and after 3 letters to Associated Windows, they have issued legal proceedings for a 'debt recovery' on an incomplete project.
Associated Windows admit that they have lacked 'project management skills and that new people are employed.
Don't think you are paying top money for top service!
Expect the Managing Director to less than sympathetic or interested in resolving matters. Standby for their day in Court!

Fantastic service and installation. We have recently had a new insulated roof installed and the whole process was very efficient. From the beginning of the process right through to completion. Everyone from sales, Workman and office staff went the extra mile to ensure that the work was completed to our specification and on time. We then had them back 3 weeks later to fit a new front door too! Would recommend the products and the company!

Associated are okay until you hit a problem, then the pain starts. They were happy enough to agree to tint one of our windows (as part of a complete house refit) to get the contract signed. On installation day, the fitters had no knowledge of the requirement and the management responded stating this "wasn't a standard service" and shouldn't have been sold. Months of chasing, phone calls and emails finally reached an outcome that was less that perfect with bubbles under the tinting application. They're not the cheapest so please don't buy under the assumption you are paying for service.
