Peter at aston24/7 - no idea on how to run a business
Same as the other reviews. Took my money and the. Ignored all correspondence. 6 months later I’ve handed it over to my credit card company. Peter, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Does not deliver / does not refund. same experience as previous customer.
This is a review of "Aston Parts 24/7" - Peter Morton. I had ordered various spare parts in July 2023, from the seller's website. All parts should be in stock and available immediately. I paid immediately through payment interface. He did not do anything despite several attempts to contact them and answer, that order was complete, we should wait in order to gather everything, that we will have answer within the day... via email. I then ask to cancelled the order so as to be reimbursed via paypal.
As mentioned by other customer, this behaviour seems to be systematic - do not order.
Great company. Had the part I needed urgently to gat my car back in the road. Good prices and excellent comms.
I’m surprised to see some of the reviews. I couldn’t fault the service and after service I received. I bought coils and plugs for my DB7 and after fitting still had a misfire. Peter spent the next 3 or 4 days phoning around people he knows and coupled with his own vast knowledge it’s hopefully problem solved
Thanks Aston Parts 24-7
Ordered via the website, Peter kept me up to date. Can't complain, great service. Thanks.
This is a review of "Aston Parts 24/7" - Peter Morton. I had ordered various spare parts from the seller's website. All parts should be in stock and available immediately. I paid immediately via Paypal. However, there was no order confirmation from the seller. He did not respond to several attempts to contact me via email and his contact form. Only when I reported a problem via Paypal did he write that the parts were not in stock. I then cancelled the order. He then claimed to Paypal and me that he had already refunded - which wasn't true and is a bit funny as Papyal can check.
If you read his other reviews, this behaviour seems to be systematic. He should change his name to "Aston Parts 0/0".
Astonparts also known as Aston Parts 24-7. I needed a supercharger belt for my car so ordered one online on the 22nd Sept. Then I waited and waited and waited.
Having heard nothing at all I emailed them on the 1st Oct at sales asking for an update and when I might receive the belt. No response.
On the 4th Oct phoned them and they promised I would get an email next day, the 5th, with the tracking details and the belt would come on the 6th.
So the 5th came and went and no email.
Then the 6th came, made sure someone would be in, and still no email and no belt. So at 5.43 pm I sent an email cancelling the order.
Mid morning on the 7th the courier delivers the belt.
Still zero contact from the company.
I spend huge amounts on Aston parts, thousands of pounds, and this is the worst Aston Martin supplier I've come across. I should have stuck with my known suppliers - lesson learned. Customer service absolutely zero.
Refused a refund for an Aston Martin Vantage Graphite wheel. The owner was a real nightmare to deal with. Ended up as a chargeback claim. Deal with caution.
