Fantastic service received this week. I was fitted in at very short notice for which I am extremely grateful. The staff even stayed late to take a second look at my car when I was concerned about it after collection.

Oil spilt on my engine undertray and left had to go back and get it cleaned,,then discovered not enough oil put in the engine. Which they did put right after third return and each time u have to leave car with them.

I was treated respectfully by the ATS staff at Clacton On Sea and I was delighted that the firm honoured a guarantee; ie which meant that a free replacement tyre was fitted after one fitted in January 2026 was punctured courtesy of a pot hole.
