Dreadful company
Dreadful company. In December 2024 my flight from Southampton was cancelled after being sat in the airport for almost four hours. I put in a claim for cost incurred as a result and three months later I still not heard back from them despite numerous emails. If there were other companies that operated out of Fuernsey, I would never use this cheap excuse of a company.
Inconvenient
We received an email informing us our flight, which was meant to depart at 14:40, was now departing at 17:25, just as we were pulling into the airport's carpark. When checking with the Aurigny team at the airport, no one knew anything about a delay. The screens kept saying our flight was departing as scheduled but when the time to show gate info came, they decided to show the delay then. I kept asking for refreshment vouchers as per your website, and none were given. Extremely disappointed.

Due to poor weather conditions we required to reschedule our flights. The customer service made this an insufferable chore for 5 hours resulting in a catastrophic phone bill. Would advise anybody to avoid flying to Guernsey as this airline is horrific.

Grim
Aurigny cancelled the flight after boarding due to technical issues, disembarked the plane, found a new smaller plane from a different airline, delayed the flight further due to unknown reasons, bounced the last hand luggage passengers (including us) to the next flight, offered me compensation on their customer service chat and then never responded to me once I had finally landed.

Airline is always delayed. Not reliable and extraordinarily expensive. For the prices we pay I’d at least expect an on-time service. I’ll be moving to Jersey next year to avoid having to deal with this joke of an airline.

They delayed us on our flight from Southampton and then delayed us 3 times at the airport spoke to the customer services and they said what do you want me to do about.

Can’t do attitude…
Tried calling Aurigny to leave a simple message for my sister (who doesn’t have mobile phone). Had to hang on for ages before being able to speak to someone. After the almost 30 minute wait, the callow youth who took my call told me that he may not be able to tell my sister that I would collect her from Exeter airport due to…. data protection! What a load of cobblers! So much for ‘customer services’. Get a grip Aurigny!

Delays on way out (3hrs) to Guernsey and now sitting here on way back with same story. Whoever is running their operations needs to find a new career…
PS - the plane is actually operated by BlueIsland - but we still bought our ticket with Aurigny
Addendum: as we have a kid with us, we were moved to the 'earlier' flight (which was also 2.5hrs late so actually left at the same time as we should have) - which was good of the ground staff. But the flight we were meant to be on was then cancelled.
This company should be grounded
This company should be grounded, oh what am I saying they ground most of the flights they offer bookings for 🥴
They treat passengers like cattle and leave them abandoned to their own devices without a care for anyone.
When I complained I have been ignored.
So what happened….. 9 hours delays in Birmingham because the plane didn’t leave guernsey due to some FOG checking with weather reports….. this was mist!
Return flight was canceled no reason other the standard weather excuse ( this is because they have a clause that clears them from any responsibility if weather is given)
After hours 9 in all they offered seats on a plane to Gatwick , well actually they had no record of my 81 year old wife , our daughter and granddaughter 🫤 but after the younger ones demanding they found 3 seats .
They say if one has an issue then claim they may respond in 28 days however Saga insurance state they must receive any claim within 28 days , beware. Also Saga offer no cover for cancellation less than 12 hours.
So back to the journey, landing at Gatwick at 9.40 pm they were abandoned to make their own arrangements back to Birmingham, some £300 taxi fare.
It seems like they sell tickets for around 15 flights a day cancelling 10 BEWARE.

Flight out delayed by 2 hours, flight back cancelled and rebooked onto another flight 3 days later. We had to transfer to another airport to get home at great expense to ourselves. Radio silence from Aurigny customer services. Won't use again. They give a terrible representation of Guernsey.
Never travel with this airline
Never travel with this airline. 22nd August flight delayed by 4 hours. Missed the last ferry to Sark had to pay for a hotel. Now trying to get home flight cancelled can’t get another for 3 nights. Huge expense and misery.
Appauling in flight cooperation
Appauling in flight cooperation. I was allocated a front row seat ( allthough I asked for a rear row seat ) on boarding I told the flight attendant I was
claustrophobic and asked if I could be re seated at the rear of the plane. The flight wasn't full and there were rear seats available. The flight attendant totally dismissed my concerns. Which left me extremely anxious throughout the flight. To add insult to injury the captain announce that the cabin crew would assist us in any way they could to make our flight easier ....totally untrue.
Do not fly with this travesty of a company - get the boat instead
Flight was delayed and delayed and delayed and finally cancelled after 7 hours waiting. Passengers were offered a night in a hotel with no guarantee of a flight for the next two days, or being taken to Southampton to get a late flight the next day but with no accommodation. When we finally did get a flight the staff were rude and surly. Even a free cup of water was out of the question. Terrible airline with appalling customer service. The refund page on their website doesn't work but it's still up there - only when I rang them up did they tell me this so I wonder how many people have filled it in and sent it and are still waiting for some compensation.
Zero chance of flying with them ever…
Zero chance of flying with them ever again!!!!! I wake up - nice weather and all a bit of clouds and zero wind, my flight being in the afternoon, throughout the day the weather got even better and sunny with almost no clouds whatsoever. An hour or two prior to my fright I get a message saying due to bad weather my flight is being delayed with 5 hours. I go sit in a pub instead of going to the airport and get a few drinks to spend this wasted time which I could have planned to do something with. Another few hours goes by and I get a new message from them saying my flight has been rescheduled for the next morning when I am supposed to be back in London AT WORK. My client got upset and cancelled the job, my boss got upset and almost fired me and I got upset because some bloody useless company could not fly their planes in almost perfect weather. I go to their website and submit a refund form (the least they could do as I could easily sue them for losing a client) and I have not heard from them ever since. Next time I want to go 170 miles away from London above water I'd rather hire a speed boat than give these guys my money!!!!!!!

Never run on time, planes are beyond temporamental, boarding on non-functional. They're compensation scheme for cancelled/delayed flights is criminal. The lack of communication about delayed, cancelled flights is non-existant

Aurigny - Avoid whenever possible
Aurigny - avoid whenever possible. Their check-in staff at Guernsey Airport have no idea about customer service, they fail to apologise when they make mistakes, and their security procedures are non-existent. Their customer service people are just as bad, and simply make excuses for their poor service. This airline is letting Guernsey down, and I hope they close down.
