Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. My parcel was supposed to be delivered to Melb the 1st of May, then totally vanished, It appeared in WA and new delivery is now 11th of May. Customer services is none existent. I dont understand how this company is actually still running and why someone else has not removed them from the market.
It must be the worst delivery service…
It must be the worst delivery service in the state Bought a product from a company in Jandakot on the 22 April and now is expected to arrive on the 29 April Jandakot is only 40 minutes by road from me Auspost sent it on a 140klm trip to end up 50 klms from where it started from and 7 days later
Pathetic
Driver got out of car, placed card in box and drove off. No attempt to deliver, I was calling from the balcony because I could see what he was about to do. Zero attempt then suggested "safety" Odd given I got a delivery yesterday. Card is illegible. 28 minutes on hold and no answer or support - hung up when I asked for a supervisor. Pathetic
Australia Post has outright lied about delivery of a package
Australia Post has outright lied about the delivery of a package. Even their own records reveal that a package was sent somewhere else after business hours (when the delivery destination was a 9 to 5 business). Then when a complaint is filed, they simply say someone signed and it has been delivered, even when screen shots and affidavits of employees working here claim no receipt. This is really outrageous.

Drivers for Auspost.
When dealing with the my local post office/ parcel pickup I’ve had no problems and now I have a parcel locker I send most of my purchases there.
The problem I seem to be having is the drivers delivering to my home saying no one home when I was and no attempt to buzz my apartment number to be let in. Overall it is some of the drivers that are letting auspost down.
Auspost delivery couldn’t find address
Ordered a product from an online store, their shipping label were correct and my address were correct, however the delivery couldn’t find my address and had as no such address in the tracking status, so they sent it back to the online store and marked as delivered. If they would’ve sent it to the post office, I would’ve just picked it up
Zero stars Aus post
Zero stars Aus post.
My mail box was empty so I checked amazon orders on the web. Apparently my order was at the P.O. waiting to be picked up since yesterday.
Chat with Aus post resulted with the same answer.
I don't know what is going on with Aus
post ,but from now on I am requesting a different carrier when I purchase on line, even if it costs a more.
I sent an email to Paul Graham the C.E.O. of Aus post explaining the hopeless service Aus post was providing at the coal face. Hoping he would have the authority to change the useless service that Aus post was providing.
Nothing has changed, an inditement of Aus Post's customer care and inability to change for the better.
I pay to get the parcel delivered to my address not the P.O. . So now there are additional costs to pick up the parcel. Therefore I would be better off paying a bit extra, to get my parcel delivered to my home, by another carrier.
NO ONE ELSE HAS A PROBLEM DELIVERING TO MY ADDRESS!!
No service at all
No service at all, just divert you to deal with robot which can't even provide you a respond to your enquiry.
Stupid is as stupid does
Went into Dandenong Plaza with 5 parcels to post. Four were under $100 no need for extra insurance. One was valued at $200. Get home and notice $200 parcel NOT insured. Went back in with tax invoice and our invoice valued at $200, sorry we can't fix this. However, you can. My usual post office has done this before. Stupid service officer was more concerned about me pressing, the red button (if under $100) than listening to what I said. Manager said customers are in charge and I must have pressed red button. Actually, I have pressed the green button by mistake makes no difference. Initially I was dealing with incompetence and then a lying/incompetent manager.
Australia deserves better than this 3rd…
Australia deserves better than this 3rd world standard of a postal service. Prices keep going up and delivery times also go up. They lose stuff damage stuff and they don’t give a stuff.
I'm in Perth WA
Express Post: excellent service. Ordered a parcel Express Post, from Gold Coast, Queensland business, on Thursday afternoon.
Received it this morning, Tuesday .
It was easy to follow the tracking on Australia Post app and I'm happy to have received my parcel within the expected time.
late with no updates
My Standard letter was dispatched on Monday 29th September and estimated 2-6 business days to deliver they have gone over the estimated time no updates nothing I politely asked for an update but instead I got a auto response very disappointing don’t use unless you have to
What a joke of a company
What a joke of a company. Only reason this place is still going is because it run by government
if only we had a choice
You try to contact them via the app -- like they ask -- and then they threaten to cut you off if you take more than 30 seconds to type a response. They ignore what you say, take ages to respond and then call it service.
4 days for express postage and it ends…
4 days for express postage and it ends up 300km in the opposite direction. They are useless. Still waiting. Why do we pay for a service that isn't provided?
Delivery of Packages is unreasonably…
Delivery of Packages is unreasonably slow.
Staff are to lazy to update tracking data quite often no updates until after a package has been delivered.
Staff are extremely rude and nasty.
Lack of care handling packages.
Avoid
I wouldn't recommend going to the Lilydale Post Shop because the staff have threatened to hit me and they swore at me using profanity so therefore I definitely don't feel safe going back there.
AusPost is a joke
AusPost is a joke. It’s run by this country’s muppets who couldn’t care less about their citizens.
Their service keeps getting worse, sinking further every time. Paid for express delivery, only to find out it takes even longer—still waiting when it should’ve arrived in a day. Great job, guys!
Terrible parcel delivery
The staff in the post office are great; very helpful and endlessly patient. Also the mailman on the ground.
However many of their delivery drivers don't even try to deliver my package. They just look at the front stairs, and can't be bothered to walk up to leave the parcel in a "safe place", which is the foyer.
I would never use their parcel 'delivery' service by choice.
