Efficient and fast

I’ve gotten so many packages in such an efficient and fast way. You guys are the best. From all the countries I’ve been to, you have the best postage.

I needed to contact a post office…

I needed to contact a post office concerning a parcel. I was unable to get there in person. Australia Post is not contactable. You get sucked into talking to bots that do not understand and then put in queues to talk to someone and eventually told there are too many in the queue and you should try again another time - an hour wasted for nothing. Hopeless

Do not deliver parcels

For the last 6 months, the postie hasn't even attempted parcel delivery. Straight to post office every time. Auspost ignore my complaints. Before that Auspost delivered parcels fine. Other companies deliver fine.

A company that should help citizens but unfortunately full of incompetents and thieves. How many packages/letters and documents do they lose annually yes, they can be called state-sponsored thieves. Shame on them and the millionaires who run the company (although it is known that millionaires have no shame or common sense). G

Doesn't deserve any rating.

My package left Ireland early november and still hasn't arrived in Australia 23rd December. It is such a terrible service but my only option. The same thing happened last year, I'm posting items so early that people have forgotten that they have received them when birthdays come around. An post ( Irish post) put Australian Post to shame, if it can be done here surely Australia can manage it. It is the worst public service I have ever used in any country.

Disappointing Experience at Malaga Post Office

Last week, I visited the Malaga Post Office near my workplace to get passport-size photos taken for immigration purposes. I provided the required photo guidelines to the staff member, an Asian lady (not intending to be discriminatory), who assured me everything would be fine. However, upon uploading the photo to the immigration website, I received an error stating: *"The image must take 50-70% of the width."*
The next day, I returned to the same post office and coincidentally dealt with the same lady. I politely explained the issue and showed her the error, hoping for a solution. Instead of helping, she started arguing with me and refused to accept responsibility for the problem. The way she spoke made it feel like I was at fault. I repeated my concern twice, but she stuck to her stance, leaving me no choice but to leave.
What frustrated me further was that the Postmaster with the red badge, who clearly overheard the conversation, ignored the entire situation and refused to step in or assist—perhaps because it was nearing closing time. Eventually, I went to a different post office closer to my home. The staff there were understanding and explained that I could have requested a refund, which the Malaga branch never mentioned. They retook my photo according to the correct guidelines, and I successfully uploaded it with no further issues. This ordeal wasted two days of my time due to a simple staff error and the unprofessional, unhelpful attitude at Malaga Post Office. The staff there appear unwilling to admit mistakes and prefer to argue instead of resolving issues. For anyone needing reliable service, I strongly recommend avoiding the Malaga Post Office.
As a customer, I expected better service from Australia Post, but this experience was both frustrating and disappointing.

The post man and the parcel that never…

The post man and the parcel that never arrived-Text notification arrived but Post man never arrived- I got a text from Aus Post advising day of delievery, however post man never arrived and then I got the notification to collect from a business centre which is far from my home! I lodged an online complaint however no response. So business owners NEVER use Aus Post for parcel delievery as it is very inconvenient for customer recipients to go personally and collect the parcel standing in a million mile long queue after hours!

I ordered something from Australia in june, I’m from Europe. Something went wrong with my address so I contacted AusPost. They could no nothing to change the adress. So the package was sent back when it arrived in my country. My package arrived in July in Australia. But hasn’t move ever since. So I asked what was wrong with my package and AusPost replied it was lost. And they could not help me. They were the last ones who scanned the package. And now it’s gone.

Shame of Australia

Why don't I have an option to give negative stars? Companies like Auspost will score -500 negative stars. In my past 4yrs in Australia, I didn't have a single positive experience with their timely delivery of mails and parcels. Their customer service is one of the worst too but their CEO gets paid a million dollars for such kind of service delivery.

My passport was collected by Auspost from passport office on 12/07 and it is 15/07 today and the status of mail hasnt changed since 12/07. Express post is much worse, we missed a flight because of their too delayed delivery of passport.

Holds parcels to ranson, that's how they come across with their useless delivery and postal services.....

I buy a lot online, and most of it comes throught Aust Post, I am currently waiting on a delivery from Victoria to SA, its been over a week atm, the amount of times it has been transfered is mind boggling, we are only a stone throw away from Vic and it generally takes over a week or sometimes longer, its even worse waiting for a delivery from either QLD or NSW, that can take up to 3 weeks or even worse 4, the amount of transfers back to the same facility's makes me laugh, and that's not a happy laugh either, Aust post need to take a leaf out of USPS and UPS, I buy a lot from the USA too, and their postal service's will do 3 to 4 states a day, and on average takes about a week and a half to reach our shores, then its a waiting game from Aust post to deliver my package.....There needs to be more competition with the Australian postal industry, competition would mean faster deliveries.....

hopeless , bad service

They lost a very important document sent via certified mail to the USA and an iPhone that was supposed to two days before I left for a 6 month adventure, did not reach me in time….. 4 days after the due date.
Not much faith in our national mail service.

Worst postal service

Worst postal service I've ever had to deal with. My daughter and grandchildren live in Australia and I have over the years posted many many gifts and cards from Ireland. The decline in service over the past 2 years is unbelievable. I've had cards( no cash in them I'm not an idiot) go missing so many times now I've had to start sending them by registered post. Last xmas gifts posted by registered post and sent at the end of November didnt arrive til January. Tried contacting customer service and found it a waste of time. Terrible terrible service.

Paul Graham CEO should be in jail for hate crimes

My postie carded 3 parcels and said to pick them up from a particular post office which was not the closest one to my home. I am disabled so I had to catch an Uber to the location where the staff there said that the postie had carded heaps of items to the wrong post office and that my items were actually at the one 150m from my home so I caught an Uber there.

The postie also lied about the date, they put 1 dec when it was actually 4 dec that they carded my items.

I spoke to Australia Post and the guy who answered my call was great but the supervisors were not. They said they will reimburse for postage (my items were free postage) but not for the two Ubers I had to catch to get to the wrong post office. They are aware that I am disabled and that it was the fault of their postie but they don't care. They said that it is Australia Post's policy not to pay for transport when their staff make a mistake.

The guy who answered the call really fought for me but the supervisors would not budge.

Paul Graham CEO is in a position to change that policy but has chosen not to. He is deliberately tormenting disabled people which is a hate crime and won't accept responsibility for the actions of his staff. He is too cheap to repay someone $23.62. Who risks their reputation and is happy to be known as an abuser for the sake of $23.62?

The only reason a business like AusPost…

The only reason a business like AusPost exists is because the government has legislated that there is no competition. So AusPost can get away with the worst possible service and stay in business.

AusPost isn't a real business, its a work program for the laziest people who have ever existed which is why their service is so bad.

Instead of improving their service, they changed their T&Cs to account for their poor service. No real business would be this lazy.
