Placed an order for a (full price) toner and had still heard nothing days later. I sent a follow up email and learned they had been having communication problems with everyone working from home. They had asked me a perfectly sensible question and weren't sending the toner till I replied. Toner has not arrived yet but communication has been good.

Easy to deal with. Great prices and fast delivery! Very satisfied!
