I spoke with Ryan who was completing a job on a customers car. This was in the Car Park at Epsom Golf Club. I had a few minutes before my tee time and I asked for his advice about a small problem regarding access to my boot. He said no problem and advised me that my problem was probably a fuse. He was a nice guy and pleasant to talk to. I hope Autoglass appreciate him as an employee. He was a good ambassador for Autoglass.

The technician that carried out the job was friendly and good at his job, cleaning up after himself and making sure I was happy with the work carried out.

Everything was very efficient, although I had to take/send photos twice. The only thing I wasn’t happy about, although I can understands why in a way, was the person who took my initial call tried to sell me new wipers and a coating for the windscreen.

Just had a rear screen fitted by Justin at the Plymton, Plymouth branch. It's late on a hot friday afternoon and he was friendly and proffesional, great service.

Always used Autoglass- their fitters are excellent. The professionalism and commitment to customer service is outstanding. With the roads the way they are today its imperative you have insurance cover. The user journey for selecting your insurer and real-time checking of insured item was a breath of fresh air. No fuss and smooth journey of booking process meant I was very satisfied.

Replacement windscreen 1 - strange colour cast.

Replacement windscreen 3 - technician said no point wasting his time installing it claiming that all of their stock would have defects
Ignored by customer services
So I'm stuck with a defective windscreen (possibly an MOT failure) and autoglass dont seem to care

Good communication with Autoglass contact centre. Car booked in at an agreed time for the windscreen and wipers to be changed. Great experience all round. Would recommend
