Very impressed with the service
I was very impressed with the service I received from AUTOGLASS, both from the telephone contacts and the technician. It is great to be offered a mobile service to your home and the technician was lovely!

Don't trust them with your car they will break it.
...and you will never hear from them.
My side window was replaced in Dec 2025, but it didn't seem right. I emailed them (about 20 times over several weeks) and tried to call them (about 20 minutes in various queues but no resolution), but got no response. After 5 months, I raised a complaint with the ombudsman and then later paid £700 to get the car fixed myself (what else could I do?). Apparently, the wrong size glass was used and it appears some parts were damaged. Once the ombudsman got involved Autoglass were contacting me frequently - not offering any sort of resolution, just asking me questions. Autoglass (Belron) seem to have now convinced the ombudsman that it had nothing to do with them, so the ombudsman is chasing the insurer and the whole process has started again.
I'd recommend you use anyone but Autoglass.
