Worst rental experience ever

Everything went wrong from the start except the shuttle from and to the airport. That was okay.
We had to sign where we didn't know what, because the text was hidden. At the return after checking the car in an also hidden place we couldn't watch he made a claim for 315 Euro for something we had never noticed not even when he showed me. I can not even tell the insurance what had happened because there hadn't been anything. Avoid this place!

At vehicle collection, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the car together with our staff and ensure that any existing damage is correctly recorded on the check-out document. This is an important step to avoid any misunderstandings at the end of the rental.

If damage is identified during the return inspection, it is assessed by one of our partner body shops, and any applicable charges are based on the repair estimate received. Customers are informed of the findings and the corresponding costs in a transparent manner.

The car was filthy

Nice check-in staff, but the vehicle was filthy inside on pick-up and well-worn, with about 46,000kms on the clock. The dashboard also said a service was overdue and the outside was a series of dents and a missing rim from previous collisions. Despite the state of the car they still meticulously took photos to check for any new damage, as if it would have made a blind bit of difference to the vehicle's value. I also needed to return the vehicle early due to my daughter having an accident on holiday and they were uncompromising about any refund or future credit note. However, their office is only a few minutes walk from the terminal building, so that's something.

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect, the total price was higher as expected but in high season nothing unusuall. Picked up on the airport on time. Clear communication. I removed one star only because of the total price.

A new car that felt old

The car was not up to the standard that you can expect. The tires were not acceptable the were worn, one daylight lamp was out of order, the rear wiper was broken and the windscreen liquid was out of order (it was not empty). We got a Fiat 600 which is recently introduced into the market, the car itself was very standard no automatic air-condition, no rear view camera etc. We were disappointed with this car.

Bad customer service in Bari

The car was great, the drop off was easy.
The problem was with the pick up: It took over 2 hours for me to get the car. I called at 8:05 to get picked up at the Bari airport, I was told to call back in 45 minutes because they were busy. I called back many times after 8:50 but nobody answered. Then I got a text message where to go for the pick up. I went there and looked for an Automania van, there were many vans with different names but I never saw one with the Automania. I asked around and texted the agency to find out what the van looked like. That's when I found out that there was no name on the van because it was a temporary van and nobody had thought about putting a paper with the name on the windshield!!! Finally got to the agency at about 9:40. Paperwork was easy but I had to wait another half an hour to get the car brought over. Then no one tells me the car is there for another 10 minutes. If I had not gone back inside to check about it, I might still be waiting...

Very bad expérience

Very bad expérience. It began with no hello when picking us up. Unfriendly and unprofessional.
I took the option with all insurance and to be fully covered.
When we return the car, they tried the key manually and it didn t work. They said it has been forced and that it a very common situation in Puglia. And of course for THAT situation and only that I wasn t covered. Obviously I never opened the car manually and I had no way to prove that the key hasn t been checked when taking the car.
