Made the reservation for a VW Polo and…
Made the reservation for a VW Polo and received a Toyota Yaris. Both sides damaged. Luckily there were just two of us otherwise the luggage wouldn't have fit. Car drove really well but only had 7000 km on the odometer.

I rent a car by Pisa airport,it was everything fine with car and service,but there forget to send me back the caution . I send many times email an company there said its send already but Money never arrived 🤬 So if anybody rent a car in future calculate the risk and costs..

As the deposit is a pre-authorisation rather than a charge, once it has been released we are no longer able to track when it will appear back on your account. The release time depends on your bank or card issuer and may vary.
If you have not yet seen the funds become available, we recommend contacting your bank or Visa card provider, who will be able to provide an update on the status of the released pre-authorisation.

Great Car, Friendly Service, and a Positive Overall Experience
Overall, we had a very good experience with this car rental company. The shuttle service from the airport to the rental office worked well, although you need to call them to arrange the pick-up.
At the counter there was a little confusion about the costs because we were returning the car to a different location. However, everything had already been paid in advance, and the staff resolved the issue quickly and professionally.
We received a great car with very low mileage, which was clean and in excellent condition. Returning the car was a bit chaotic because we had to double-park it, but apart from that the process was straightforward.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely consider renting from this company again.

I have to give 3 stars only, because when we need quick transfer to airport, Automania had only one transporting-car which were ... disavelaible.
We waited about 30 minuts and almost late to our flight.
