The package I ordered came open and…

The package I ordered came open and degreaser had leaked all over my carpet and all throughout the box, however a gentleman by the name of toby was extremely helpful in offering me a refund and was completely understanding, highly recommend these guys and excellent customer service

Company took my order then cancelled because they had no stock.
Should noT be advertised if they have no stock.

Hi Mary

This particular case was a supplier issue as they could not provide us with the product that you had ordered. They notified us of this issue after you had placed the order, otherwise it would not have been on the website for sale

After one of our customer service team members spoke with you, a full refund was provided immediately to your account to resolve the issue

Still haven’t received item and it’s…

Still haven’t received item and it’s been 3 weeks. I’ve emailed the store and received nothing in return other then a review email. So here’s my review hopefully they get in contact now

Thanks for reaching out. Just in regards to this, I have personally tried calling you on 8 seperate occasions to try and discuss your order. There have also been multiple emails sent to your email address associated with your order.

We also have not recieved any emails under your name as we read and respond to every customer inquiry that comes into us. The email address you should be emailing to get in contact with us is sales@automegastore.com.au

There is an issue with your shipping details which is preventing us from getting your order sent, hence why we have been trying to get in contact with you without any success unfortunately
