Service is generally good and hopefully this is something I will never need to explore further. The only niggle is that the discount codes are a little misleading with regard to qualifying amounts and exemptions.

I requested an online quote and got a call the next day to discuss the quote. The agent went over details of the booking for confirmation and within 5 minutes negotiated the booking yo a much more reasonable price.
While the prompt call was unexpected it was much appreciated and I am extremely happy with the quote, the professionalism and straightforward way in which the agent dealt with the booking. I would highly recommend.

Although the lady I spoke to had quite a strong accent, when I explained my hearing difficulties, she slowed down and was very patient with all the repeats. We got the insurance sorted out successfully in the end.

The questionaire about one's medical situation was clear and easily answered. There were no trick questions. The entire process is quick and not cumbersome. The cost was below some other providers offering the same cover. I have given four stars only because an email arrived on a later day requesting a confirmation of my email address to access my account with a link to confirm which was only active for 24 hours. I am wary of links which could possibly be a scam, but in this case I read the email after the 24 hr window and the instructions how to access the account didn't work, so I had to make a phone call to receive a new link. Not problematic, just time consuming.
