Customer service changed my experience to a positive
Just had my AVA p70 replacement delivered.
After my problems on the initial one, I got this working and absolutely loved it.
No tangling of the hose as it’s reinforced steel. It’s so powerful, the snow foam lance works really well, and I’ve found it very easy to store away as everywhere has a place.
Rachel in customer service was great, and ended up sorting out the issues I initially experienced.
Glad I stuck with it, and held out for a replacement.

Superb after sale support
I had already read a lot of positive reviews about Ava's customer service, and after my own experience, I can completely understand why. Both Ava and, in particular, Mischa were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They responded quickly, kept me updated, and made everything as straightforward as possible.
Although my machine couldn't be repaired, they went above and beyond to source a replacement for me, which I really appreciated. It's rare to come across customer service of this standard these days.
I can't recommend Ava highly enough as a company. I love their machines, and their customer service is genuinely some of the best I have ever experienced. A big thank you to Mischa and the team for all their help!

Excellent pressure washer
Quick delivery and well packaged, I read the reviews before I purchased but the P60 exceeded my expectations, excellent build quality easy to use and great pressure. The 20yr warranty tells me it must be well built.

Night and day
I have recently upgraded my power washer from a well know brand which I thought was very good apart from the cable management. I bought an Ava p70 and what a difference. Makes my previous washer look incompetent. Not just the cable management which is excellent, but the build quality, the design, the ease of use, the performance.. all absolutely fantastic. The power and versatility of this machine is outstanding. The delivery was quick and the customer service faultless. Best buy of the year without doubt.

First impressions of my Ava pressure washer
The unit I purchased is working well, I blow a couple of fuses due to the extension lead I first used. One area that could be improved is the length of the power cable on the unit. I have cleaned my drive and patio, the results have been good. Still to try the snow foam gun.

Quality and good customer service
Having worn out my previous pressure washer I opted for the P60 AVA and so far not disappointed. It looks and feels a quality product and has easily both cleaned my path/drive and car (different nozzles provided) I then opted to buy a extension hose which unfortunately came with a slight fault on the female adapter. One email to AVA and a new one was automatically issued. So customer service also good
