Buy more reliable brands.
Got two different lances having the exact same problem after just a year of use. The fix is to replace the whole handle. As fas as I can tell poor building quality and expensive to fix.
Just to clarify after AVA's reply. Since the items are less than a 2 years old they told me to bring this up with the retailer, which I will do. Still, I don't want to be fixing things after a year. Particularly I don't want to be using expensive fixes when cheap ones would do. Having to replace parts every year is very inconvenient. Having to replace large parts when much smaller ones could do is wasteful.
As far as I can tell AVA is an inconvenient and wasteful brand. Their support team is nice, though.

The delivery time was a bit…
The delivery time was a bit dissapointing, using postnord is a big mistake. One week is to long to deliver spare parts.

Bulky bottle
I haven’t been able to use the goods. But the three bottles came in a box too big. They were tossed around during transport, which made on bottle bulky.

bad product that leaks and does not…
bad product that leaks and does not work properly after very little use. in addition, bad service and notification that there are various things and it is common that the pump must be replaced after a short time. all too bad for such an expensive product. lances and guns that leak when they are new and just excuses... replaced parts as recommended and machine just as bad. oh no garantie, but have to buy pump / parts and still unusable.
