Had to buy a new PC with Windows 11 due to my old PC not meeting W11 requirements. Tried to install AVS4YOU on my new machine and was told I had to buy a new license. I do not recommend buying from a company that has that kind of policy.

I have been using AVS4YOU since 2008, starting with the Video Converter and Audio Converter, and later adding the Audio Editor. For me, it’s still a well-rounded package if you want to work with audio and video on your PC.

The Video Converter used to be the only reliable tool that could create proper files for iPhone and iPad. I still use it today for MP4 and MKV files. One of the best features is the batch conversion – converting multiple videos in one go, fast, stable, and with excellent results.

The Audio Converter has been my go-to for years whenever I prepare music or audiobooks for my iPad. I really appreciate the ability to compress entire collections (e.g. from 320 kbit to 128 kbit) with just a few clicks. All ID tags remain intact – something other software often failed to do.

As for the Audio Editor, my main tool is normally SoundForge, but I regularly turn to AVS when I need something quick and straightforward. It runs smoothly, is fast, and offers plenty of features – it doesn’t need to hide behind bigger names like SoundForge.

Over the years, I only had a single issue after an update (crashes), but support resolved it quickly. Other than that, everything has been running flawlessly.

The best part of AVS4YOU is the overall package: one license for all tools, consistent user interface, an intuitive layout, and a price that is hard to beat for what you get.

Conclusion: After more than 15 years, AVS4YOU remains my first choice. If you are looking for a stable, versatile, and easy-to-use software suite for audio and video editing, this package is truly worth it.

The software itself its quite good, but Im having the same issue as most of people. My old laptop is broken and I can not use it in my new one. You guys should change that if you listen to all unsatisfied clients. I work with many software and when I change PCs I send the company the key, they cancel it and give me a new one for my new PC, its not that hard. Once you fix this you will get more 5 stars. Please dont answer me with your copy-paste answer and please dont thank me for my understanding bc I dont agree/understand.

Purchased a lifetime subscription. Update my PC and now have to purchase a new license as you can only register this once on one PC.

AVS claim to offer an unlimited licence for their software but it isn’t what it seems. You get lifetime access but only on one device. If PC breaks, tough luck: they expect you to buy a new licence. No transfer and no flexibility. Misleading at best, sharp practice at worst. Consumers deserve greater transparency.

I am a long time user of both AVS VIDEO and AUDIO editors and these tools are remarkably easy to use and produce high quality videos and audios with minimal effort! I can pick a file be it, JPG,BMP, WMV,GIF, MP3 along with many other file types and simply add it the my work area and then insert in into my project! Once there, it can be edited and enhanced to my needs and when ready I can produce high quality videos and audios for use elsewhere, like work presentations, web demos and home compilations! I cannot emphasize enough how easy these products are to use and implement. I had these installed on Win 7, 8 and 10 with no installation or compatibility issues! I hope the same is true for Win 11, but I hear good things in this area as well! 5 stars to both products all the way!

Several years ago, I purchased an unlimited license from AVS4YOU and I decided to upgrade my PC to Windows 11, as most everyone will have to do. AVS4YOU will make you buy a license AGAIN, as their license agreement states only install on 1 PC. I downloaded and installed AVS4YOU and tried to use my original CD KEY, but it did not work. I'm not paying another $79.00, Oh wait, they mentioned I would get a discount making it $49.00. No THANKS!!!!! If you plan on upgrading, DO NOT BUY, Find a different software.
I bought AVS4YOU In 2012.....In 2014 I bought a new computer and had no issue reinstalling the software. This time no go...... I have uninstalled the program and will be using other software. And im sure AVS4YOU will attach the same reply " Hello, thank you for the feedback. It is sad to hear that you've been unsatisfied with AVS4YOU. Kindly note, that AVS4YOU License Agreement wasn't changed, is not hidden and is present on the official AVS4YOU You should also accept or reject it while installing AVS programs. Thank you for the understanding." Go and look at all the 1-star reviews and see for yourself/ 31% 1-star rating!!!!!!
