Delivery was made on time by a helpful driver who tried to bring the rails as far up my drive as he could. In the end, he was defeated by the narrowness of the road and his limited turning circle, but full marks for having a good go!

Could do with a better website for order information
Ordering process easy but ordered as a "guest".
Order acknowledgement email received promptly.
No further communications received. Unable to see status of order. After a week emailed to see when delivery would be. Told it would be Friday but when it hadn't arrived by mid afternoon phoned to get an update and told it would be Saturday morning.
Arrived Saturday morning, delivery man very helpful.

Good fencing but no delivery date
Fencing and other’s materials in the order were fine. Delivery driver was good.
The one annoying thing was that we weren’t notified of the day of the delivery- I was out when the lorry arrived and it was just by chance that my wife was in to accept the delivery
