My experience is the same as all the other people on here …. Ordered a chair in January for £145 and never received it !!
Many many lies about its coming and never did !!
Now been nearly 8 months and she now blocks me and doesn’t respond !!
She has my hard earned money and I have nothing - truly shocking !!
The item is still available on the site but she won’t send me a chair or a refund … just many excuses !
She makes it look just good enough and celebrities endorse it so of course they get their products !!
She keeps changing herself up with different websites but the end result is the same … just so dodgy .. asking for bank transfers !!
So disappointing for my granddaughter too and don’t know how she can sleep at night !!
I did it all in good faith to support small business but don’t want anyone else to lose out
I have reported it to instagram and looking to start legal proceedings

No response. I have still not received my order after multiple chasers and attempts to contact the seller. First was told they were experiencing delays b it now they stopped replying all together. DO NOT ORDER here.

Again… I am really sorry to be writing such a review as I am always happy to support small businesses. However, I feel like if I knew that I was never going to receive my order and be let down on numerous occasions I would never of bothered.

I pre-ordered in May for July moonie bear to come. I was very excited had seen an influencer post and tag this company.
July came, I got in contact for an update. I was told it would be delivered that week: nothing came. I also seen a post how the company are no longer taking orders which also worried me to see if mine was going to be fullfiled. I was told yes, still no order.I reached out again in numerous occasions and the start of August, and my messages started to be ignored.

I also seen people comment on the page and these comments started to get deleted so I knew there was something wrong. I did eventually get in touch with my bank.

Please avoid this company … I am super shocked they’re still allowed to promote.

I reordered with pineandpearco which sent my moonie bear in 3 days! I couldn’t believe it! Highly recommend! Tracking ordered came straight away - if you are after similar stock!

Got part of my order delivered only due to that 3rd party was sorting delivery.
I have ordered a moonie end of April, supposed be delivered end of May.
I am still waiting to that day for the parcel or for the refund and they don’t seem to want to send me my money.

I do not reccomend that company!!

I ordered a Boucle Teddy chair for my daughter’s first birthday present. I placed the order on 29th June and have never received this product.
I have contacted the seller several times via instagram, they have never opened or responded to my message. I have also emailed them several times to which they have said they are a small business and to be patient, with very rude and abrupt responses.
They have told me two weeks ago that a tracking information will become available, which it hasn’t. After reading all the reviews, I’m afraid my fears have become true and that they have taken my money without any intention of providing the product, despite running instagram competitions to win the very same item.
I have reported their account to instagram, which needs closing down asap to prevent this happening to more people.
Imagine sleeping at night knowing you are stealing money from people buying items for children and babies.
I am in the process of trying to claim this money back from the back.

An update from my last post.
Again not worth ANY stars and have blocked me via Instagram.
I have been unable to obtain my money back via my bank as the payment was made via bank transfer and not debit/credit card. They are scammers and thieves and refuse to refund my order that never arrived. They claim to be taking a break because of a few individuals out to get them! Under the consumer rights act 2015 i am entitled to a full refund as they have failed to deliver. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAGE OR WEBSITE, they offer discounts on purchasing via DM in order to scam you out of your money!! THE LOWEST OF INDIVIDUALS WHO NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN!!!!

They are scammers! I placed an order for my new baby never received the items placed this was in January and here we are in May. All messages ignored, asked me to pay via bank transfer complete SCAMMERS. Do not order from this instagram company

I ordered a moonie bear back in January for my new granddaughter. Here we are three & half months later & still no bear. I have sent lots of email’s & messages on instagram & still nothing. I was told there was a problem with delivery of the order, then I was told that I would get a refund & still nothing. They are now ignoring my emails. Please be aware of this company & do not buy from them, they steal your money & I am now in contact with my bank to see if I can get my money back. I have now just realised that they have also blocked me from instagram too so I can’t contact them.

Placed an order in November, still not received and emails are now not being responded to. Please do not buy from this instagram or website they are a scam! Go through your bank for a refund if you’re at a loss like so many of us!

Never received product- ordered the Moonie bear and it never arrived. Be aware as this tend to happen a lot from reading the reviews. The company engaged on the first occasion but following that no further contact. She also deletes any negative reviews from the instagram page. Honestly feels like a scam, can’t believe this company is still operating but after speaking to the Ombudsman it’s apparent we aren’t the only ones who have submitted complaints so hopefully further action will be taken.

I ordered a gift for my due to be born baby at the time, 8 months later and after numerous excuses (even blaming Royal mail but advising the tracking number was misplaced on their end) and I still haven’t received my order.

When requesting a refund I was told I would get one and that still hasn’t been done 2 months later (the laughable excuse this time was due to her having a broken leg).

Now my emails are not being responded to and my comments on Instagram have been set to be hidden.

Despicable attitude and behaviour. I’m really surprised so many have endorsed this scam artist as all the other comments below are reporting the same issue.

This is theft plain and simple!

Ordered a moonie bear in April for my baby due in August, no order updates I had to keep following up, then followed up in September after being told there were issues with courier. Asked for my money back was told I would need to request this from my bank and as over 120 days since payment was no longer allowed to do charge back, have been ignored ever since and never received my money back, item I paid for or alternative. Do not buy from them

Do not order from this company it’s run by scam artists. Ordered a moonie bear Oct 2022 for 71 euro and it never arrived they blamed it on a missing parcel however a tracking number was never provided. Then it was delays due to Christmas post. Initially they answered my DMs saying they would issue a refund but never did. I’ve been chasing this since 2022. Ridiculous absolutely appalling. They don’t answer my DMs or emails now and all my comments have been blocked on instagram. It’s simply theft at this point keep your money and avoid this company don’t be fooled by the 60K following this is not a reputable company.

I do not recommend this distributor. The company purchased products from us through dropshipping, but unfortunately, they never paid their invoice, which is equivalent to stealing our products. They attempted to defend themselves by claiming they had made the payment, but delays in the banking system due to the ongoing war supposedly caused the issue. When I asked for proof of the transfer, they suddenly stopped responding. Based on the online reviews, it appears that this is simply a dishonest individual or entity that has been operating for a while now.

AVOID! ordered a nest 10 months ago still no order still no refund. Awful awful service

Ordered a baby nest in March, never received the item after months of chasing. Agreed to give me a refund which I never got. Got fed up with arguing so asked for something else in the same price range.
Never received the replacement. They ignored all of my messages and emails, removed all my comments on their Instagram then blocked me.
Such bad treatment and they use influencers to promote their products, just AWFUL. Avoid at all costs. They took my £70 and kept it.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I can only echo all other bad reviews. RUDE customer service and called me a liar, I returned the item as requested and never received the refund.. they have ignored my DMs for weeks and delete my comments on their post asking for them to get back to me.

Worst company I’ve ever bought from! AVOID!!! Ordered in march 2 months before my baby was due. A month had past and I’d not heard anything so sent multiple emails and messages on instagram, most of them ignored. After another month someone who was extremely rude finally replied to my email, stating they had issues with Royal Mail and said my order had been delivered which it hadn’t and I’d not even received an email to say my order had been dispatched. I asked for a refund but never heard anything for another month, then finally received a response saying they had issues with the company they use to refund. Then in August 5 months after I first placed my order I finally got a response after many email/messages offering a credit to use on the website to re order something else as my baby was too big for the item I initially ordered. So I decided to order something else as I’d lost all hope for a refund. After a few weeks I received an email to say my order had been dispatched which I was surprised to see, yet another month had past an id still not received it. They told me they would have to reschedule it to be delivered again 🤷🏻‍♀️ finally received my order in December, only took them 9 months to send it. Absolute shocking customer service. They made me feel as i was at fault.

I placed an order in August for a Christmas present. It is now less than two weeks until Christmas and my order has not arrived yet.

I have sent several emails, most of which have been ignored. The emails I received replies to have all advised that my item was being imminently dispatched and on one occasion, that it had been dispatched and a tracking number would be sent shortly… that was well over 1 month ago and still no tracking number or product. I am contacting my bank for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
