Ordered 4 jan 2023 I have emailed saying not received by dates given
Baby mine kept giving me different excuses and confirmed they will dispatched end of jan.
now In June and after multiple attempts to make contact with the company after being promised multiple delivery dates and then a refund I have got nowhere I am now going through trading standards.
I am completely understanding of situations outside of the business owner’s control, however 6 months after ordering still having no delivery is not right, I feel I have been more than patient with this company by waiting longer for delivery and then accepting that it would be refunded however I am yet to see either.
Really disappointed with the customer service as I have had items from here in the past with no problems.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Amazing product and amazing customer service. Messaged with a query and answered straight away. Would 100% recommend and buy from again.

UPDATE: July 20th … We finally got our money back from the bank by filling out a ‘Charge Back’ form.
We got zero help from the scammer that runs Babymine UK in getting our money back , just lots of excuses and bad attitude , as I can see a lot more people are still having the same bad experience with this person !!!

This lady is a scammer !!!
She takes your money , but doesn’t deliver the product ( unless you’re a celebrity of course 🙄 )
We chased up our order and were given new delivery dates also told at one point that it had been shipped ( of course this was was more lies 🙄 ). Eventually we’d had enough and asked for a refund and we were told that would be done , surprise surprise yet more lies , we’ve received no refund.
I’m now going through Trading Standards who are assisting us in taking this company to court for our refund and expenses.

Recently bought the Boucle ball pit & organiser, absolutely love them both so well made! Lovely seller, will deffo purchase on here again xxxx

We ordered a baby nest, it still hadn’t arrived 6 weeks later. We asked for a refund as baby was going to grow out of a nest soon and no point waiting any longer for delivery. They agreed to refund but 3 months later we are still waiting for money back! They are now ignoring any form of contact with us.

Won a prize of mam baby bottles! Company was also kind enough to and out a ‘oh boy’ balloon out for my babies nursery for free along side this. Received this late as the owner has been having trouble with Royal Mail.. read other reviews and I don’t know what people expect when it is taken out of the owners hands! Not only that a story had been put on instagram about being poorly also so I think people writing horrible reviews on lateness also need to take into account that this is a one person band who is trying their hardest!! There are worse things going on in the world people. Received lovely polite messages keeping in touch with me, products were beautiful and I would 100% be buying from them again and recommend to other people. Running a beautiful business the owner should be very proud of.

Placed an order on 7th March, no dispatch notice sent out and item never received. I sent emails but never got a reply. Eventually got a response through Instagram and owner agreed to issue a refund ‘on this occasion’ but two weeks later refund still not received.

Ordered placed on 6/3/23. Order never received, company owner tried to blame Royal Mail. Refund requested in May, refund not received. Owner never replied to emails or phone calls. Stopped replying to instagram when she didn’t get her way. If you aren’t a celeb she does not care. I have a newborn and am being screwed over

Beautiful chair, amazing quality, lovely small business to purchase from. My daughter loves it & can see her using it throughout her toddler years

Ordered on pre order for April but unfortunately there were some problems with the supplier and they didn’t come in. So when I messaged in May and asked for an update as I was nearly due undersatndly I was gutted when I found out my order couldn’t be fulfilled however I was greeted with an alternate colour option to be sent out for next day delivery or a refund. I happily excepted the alternate colour option and I was also gifted with an extra item as an apology. Would 100% recommend product quality is amazing just have to appreciate and be understanding of pre orders!

I wouldn’t recommend using this company
