New sofa needed with higher seats and comfortable recliner facilities. Great advice from the staff at Back in Action’s Bristol store. No rush, good explanation of the Stressless products. Ordering straight forward and everything came on time. One small piece was a little damaged in transit, one phone call and an engineer was booked to assess repair. It was done on the day arranged, on site and everything is now perfect. Cannot fault the service at all or the comfort of the sofas!

I went with my wife, who regularly wears MBT footwear, because I had Achilles tendonitis. She had rung ahead so that the staff were able to get some shoes ready for me to try for size and style. The young lady who assisted me was helpful and patient which ended up with a suitable well fitting pair of shoes.

We purchased 2 Mayfair Stressless chairs which we customised to our needs. Lliana was extremely knowledgable & helpful in this process. We did experience an issue on delivery but Back in action were extremely helpful in getting this resolved. The chairs are extremely comfortable & stylish.

We purchased a 3 seater recliner from Back In Action in 2020. The service we had at the time was brilliant, the staff is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Ordering was simple and our sofa was delivered a bit earlier than expected. We recently had an issue with one of the recliner mechanisms and reached out to Back In Action to see if they could help us with the warranty. The moved very quickly to confirm the warranty would cover and connect us with a technician to do the repair. Throughout, the team at Back In Action have been incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. I will absolutely buy from them again in future.

Really happy I found this shop, as I have been experiencing a range of problems with my back. It has loads of different types of equipment to help you from everything office related like desks, chairs and an amazing sit/stand stool to things like specially designed trainers to support standing and walking.
I bought lots of things here and really appreciated Christiana's support and really helpful advice in getting everything I needed.

The staff in the shop spent lots of time helping me and let me try out lots of chairs (as well as giving helpful back care recommendations). When I called back later for some help with set-up they could not have been more helpful

Recently bought the HAG Capisco 8020 chair for working at at high desk. Advice from Iliana was great and I tried various options. A variable height desk was set up to mimic my home set up. I ended up also buying a variable desk as well that was on offer.
Really pleased! Delivery was quick too.
