Very excellent

In addition to viewing a great range of products and trying the Mobiliser the customer service at the Marlow store was friendly and superb.

The Mobiliser is a game changer .
I rented one during covid and i found it so fantastic I bought one ,
I use it everyday , it gets me out of pain , it helps me sleep , it helps relax tense back muscles ...it really is an amazing piece of kit , I have mine o the massage table as I cant get to the floor ...so easy to get on and off , I honestly dont know what I would do without it . Thankyou so much for developing this machine .

We've bought a lot of products from Back in Action over the past few years. All are great quality. The staff have always been extremely helpful, friendly, interested and patient, both before and after the products have arrived. The Back in Action Mobiliser is great for relieving tension and encouraging movement; and the Dorsoo bed has helped tremendously, after many tries at other types of bed and mattress - such that I no longer wake up stiff and in pain. We also love our Stressless chairs, and appreciated BIA's expert advice on the best type for taller people - otherwise we might well have bought unwisely. I also have a lovely adjustable-height desk from BIA. The only bone to pick is that I've found it very challenging to find the right office chair, and BIA's 'active sitting' simply doesn't suit me, making me much more tense. I'm unsure why this is, but I've had to take their advice on this with a pinch of salt. That said, I appreciate having an office chair (the RH Logic) that gives me lots of options and avoids me getting stuck in one position all day.

Stephen advised me over the phone about which pillow would be most suitable. I was unable to try one in a shop. The order arrived quickly and was exactly what I needed. Highly recommend. Their service.

Visited London store 31 May & very helpful and courteous adviser assisted/advised me. I wanted to try out the varier (a HAG Capisco I'd bought from a different company wasn't suitable for my desk & caused back pain). I didn't buy a Varier from the shop that day but bought one online later. Its proved perfect! Customers services are so good in BackinAction shop & online - no pressure and really listen. Varier is a truly great chair. Highly recommend.

I bought a chair from their Marlow branch more than 20 years ago that now needed repair. When I enquired, I received a prompt call from their Amersham branch with advice. Once the chair had been repaired they delivered it to my home the next day. I don't see how they could have been any more helpful.

Excellent friendly service. Received the delivery of the Mobiliser bench the day after placing the order. I’ve had the actual Mobiliser for over 15 years and it’s still going strong without a glitch. A great business with friendly people who know what they’re on about.
